I didn't like the location as it was quite crowded and noisy throughout the day. The room was comfortable but the service was bit slow. The food was not desirable, as they had varieties only in Hyderabadi food which was manageable occasionally but not for two days.

Rooms were very neat and clean but it was pretty small and a little bit comfortable. Staffs were very polite and prompt. I had my food in the room the food was very good. Hotel is very close to the airport.

My three days stay was good. Plus Room was comfortable, neat and well furnished. Staff were cordial and friendly. Buffet Breakfast was Ideal. Food served was of good taste and quality, worth the money we pay. Onion Pakora was my most fav (do give it a try). Accessibility to the hotel is also good. Minus Had Wifi Issues in the room though. Restaurant timing was limited and menu was too short Dining was maintained but not attractive. Over all, Giving the 4th star for a good budget stay for costly metro like Bengaluru.

Me and my husband visited this place and stayed for 2 days. Service was excellent. Staff were brilliant. They dint give a single chance to complain. Food was good as well. Though the hotel was busy with interviews and other things we were not neglected a big plus point. I will definitely refer this place to everybody out there . You will have a fab experience.

This is the worst hotel ever stayed. We wanted to order to dinner @ 7 so we had called the Room service, they told us that due to ramzan, the chef is not available so they have closed the restaurant. We can order from outside restaurant and they are sending someone to the room to take the order immediately. After wait for 1 hour when we called to ask what is the delay they stated that the person is busy and he will come to take order at 10 PM only. A.C is like water fountain, it was leaking on the table. we had keep our wallet, mobile and watches which got total wet. the swipe card for the room can access other rooms in the floor too.

This is a pretty decent / average place to stay and it is near to Bangalore Cant station. That is the only plus point of the hotel. Apart from the above, nothing much to note about this property. Surprised, rather shocked to see that card machine does not work and we had to pay by cash during check out. Hope the problem has been rectified.

People are good but the hotel is not maintained well. When i checked in the whole room was full of dust and the towels and bed sheets are dirty. They did changed after several calls to reception. It was looking like i was only the guest in the hotel.
