Hotel situated adjuscent to busy Brigade road. Location is good. Overall it was a good experience at that cost.

Rooms: The rooms were very small no enough space to walk. Room Service: Very few options, Dal Tadka/Gobi Manchurian was good but Non-Veg items not good. Tea/Coffee/ Papad/Peanut Masala were highly priced,Non-Veg items are reasonably priced.Drinks are priced very high, better to purchase from outside. Nobody comes to clear the plates unless you call/ ask them to do so.You have to remind your orders twice to get it. Housekeeping: Inspite of clearly having mentioned in the package, 20% discount in food/ beverage were not given unless was told about,No Newspaper were given without asking for & No Mineral water was provided excpet for the 1st Day unless I asked for. Complimenatary Breakfast: No coupens were given except 1st day, very limited option for BF, Restricted to Only One Item. My Final Comment: Avoid coming to this Hotel, go to nearly Monarch which has better rooms & service.

Value for Money. Heart of the city. Very much reachable to all the locations from other part of the city. Front office and employees are very helpful. Very limited Breakfast options and the breakfast delivery takes a long time to deliver the food which is not desirable.
