Hot water was not available through out. Winter in Bangalore, without hotwater to bath/refresh is horrible experience. Rest all were fine.

Hi, I travelled from Kolkata to Bangalore along with my boss and i booked the hotel (City Centaur, Majestic)in Bangalore via travel guru. The pics of the hotel rooms & facilities on the website are awesome but its a nightmare indeed when we visited the hotel. I would like to provide my feedback for our stay in this hotel. Booking via travel guru was good but staying experience in the hotel was pathetic. Hotel doesn������t have proper rooms with broken doors, it������s very unhygienic, even the wash rooms have leakage pipes all over and unhygienic as well. The lift of the hotel doesn������t work, staff does not respond on time and the hotel does not have a proper restaurant. In case you need food or beverage urgently, they never have an option to attend those immediate orders. The above booking says breakfast is included, but when I had my breakfast there I had been charged for the same and upon questioning they did have proper explanation. Hence my all over experience was tremendously pathetic. I think these kinds of third class hotels should be grade out from the list of travel guru booking website and only the best class hotels should be included. Because customers should not be cheated like this with their travel experiences or they should use some other hotel booking websites for better services & wonderful experiences instead. To start with with I reached the hotel at almost 11 Am , The hotel looked great from outside, as good from inside, and went bad as the experience went on. The hotel does not have hot water running, U need to call the reception they would send u a boy and u get only a bucket ,u empty it up and call them again for the next bucket. The best part was the lift .Splendid I just got crushed between the door twice and it makes such a bad rumbling noise when doors are closed u fear about u r reaching the right floor, and the display shows u all sorts of junk shows 8 5 6 etc when u want to go to 2nd floor. The bathrooms were clean and good but the flush made such horrible sound I had to run out after pressing the flush. The Beds and room was clean and tidy No issues with this. The TV was an LG LCD. Let me tell you this is the only modern thing you would find in the room, everything else shows of age. The Ac was too bad set it to 17 deg and full Fan it takes almost 20 min to know that u r using an AC. No air really comes out of the AC even at full fan. Room Service The guy does not understand Hindi or English. You need to struggle a bit with him. My lucky day was that the restaurant was closed too. I ordered for tea and the guy collected money from me and cam back after 20 min to inform me that tea is on the way and transportation would take more time. The reception guys doesn't answer u most of the time. I once called them up to 5 times to get me a bucket of hot water. Final verdict, it's a 3 star hotel good and clean But not at all great. I expected something much better.

Very average hotel, not worth the money. It is old and shabby. Some patch work is going on which makes the place even more uncomfortable. There is stink all over the place. I could not manage to stay and moved to another hotel

The room was far from clean, just like the bedsheets. On the toilet they had missed to clean up old cigarette butts and the door were so damaged by damp that the lower part nearly fell to pieces. We booked and paid in advance so maybe they just gave us the shitiest room and have better ones to offer, I don't know... The location seemed good because it's very close to the Metro-,Bus- and Railway station. The problem is that you'll have to cross heavy trafficked roads.

convenient location near the railway and metro. other than that, it could be a horror movie location with dark halls and corridors, less-than-clean rooms, creepy crawlies in the interiors, and an elevator with numbers that don't correspond to the actual floors. free wi-fi if you have a local India number and for a very limited data cap. as for service, they did accommodate a request to use a room for a quick bath before the actual check-in. that was the only high point. could be way better.

We did a small family event here. Staff response was quick and promt. We had booked 17 rooms for outsatation guests . All the rooms are spacious, there was some issue with water pressure in the top floor rooms. Food was good. Service was quick. Location is close to metro station with good parking space. We were happy that all the arrangements was done in time. Overall we had a good experience here.

We stayed for 2 nights when we travelled to Bangalore and Mysore for dussera. Hotel is well located close to KSR railway station. Staff are very attentive and helpful. Looks like the hotel is renovated in parts. Room we stayed was fine, drawback was hot water is not available throughout the day. Mostly available in mornings and evenings. WiFi is good you have to collect a coupon for it only 2 devices per room. Breakfast was excellent. Room service is slow for a coffee it takes 20 mins. It's a good hotel for the price we pay.

I checked in the morning. I had booked my room through Make my trip. I am happy they gave me a early check-in. Very helpful staff wifi works well in my room. Room size is very good. Maintenance can be improved. Hotel is located opposite to metro station. I just took the metro and went for a stroll in M.G road. This hotel is good value for money and best location close to public transit.
