first of all it is not bangalore residency it is "hotel diva" seeking out these hotel in bangalore is very difficult, the quality of the room is bad,and not all good service and the man who is sitting on reception is too much arrogant ,and thee have too slow service and no sufficent hot water supply in morning

Room was good but behavior of the reception clerk was humiliating. Despite informing the Hotel about my booking and timing of the visit, 2 people at the reception were arguing with each other, in there local language, about my booking when I reached there. On eof them did not seem to be liking the idea of entertaining Guests from Travelguru or other such portals. One room was allotted to me finally after much arguments between them.

The stay was very nice in the hotel but when I requested the hotel to let me have Internet access in the room after so many reminders inspite of this they did not give it. I suffered a lot as I was on a business trip.

Demo Trip Rooms on the 3rd floor is good and preferable on the left side of the Lift corridor

Demo Trip When taking directions to this hotel ask for SAPNA book house. Address given on various booking portals is difficult to find.
