Nice stay, Better Facility than the cost. No disturbance,Rooms clean,Call Service Little Slow,Complete Hotel Devoid of Indian toilet.I will Givw 3star, n will Staying Again, But should say Staff can improve more

The room was very dirty. Bed covers were changed reluctantly after complaint. Floors were not cleaned properly.

I experienced a worst feeling @ lucky inn. They don't clean the room for two days, not even change the bed sheet. After asking 4 times they need approx. 3 hours in two phases to change the bed sheet. Now one can imagine what the service quality.

Hotel is located in busy lane, very hard to identify. Hot water is namesake, not really hot. Price wise, i would say OK...staff is cooperative.

A very bad experience. Rooms are not clean and staff is arrogant.Even basic ammenities are not available like hot water. The rooms are not maintained and the washroom is not in good condition. Overall it was a worst experience.

The best place for stay. Very pleasant stay & the best hotel in Bangalore Rooms were clean and well maintained. Staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was delicious Good hotel with good service and food

First night I am not sleep 3.30 am. Some bachelor celebrate birthdays party and so much music. I call to manager but his also not get respons. In morning I again complaint but 2nd night is also same. Really I am so much tired. Second is there toilet bathroom are not clean. Dirty smell in bathroom. 3) old bucket and mug , white spot on bucket. 4) bed sheets are also not give me, Second nd night they give me but bed sheets is smells. 5) they told me hot line is start at morning but hot line is also bad, so I am go another room for bath.

Hotel is nicely Maintained, Clean rooms, good accommodation facility over there.it is nearer to Bangalore main Railway station & Bus stand..Location wise Little Busy area.But rooms r very good.Food is also available Inside..A good Temple is adjacent to it.Good stay.
