The location was spot on for me. The staff were friendly, the rooms were awesome (very neat with a touch of luxury). I stayed there for 3 nights and it can be highly recommended.

The lunch is very tasty. They do have home delivery. Andhra style lunch is provided at a reasonable cost. But we will have to wait in queue as the place is usually crowded. The neatness and hygiene is well maintained.

Whenever I visit Bangalore, I prefer to stay in Hotel Nandhini, whichever location rooms are available. Very affordable, neat and clean hotel is preferably good to stay at the place away from home where you avail prompt service.

Recently I relocated from Delhi to Bangalore from office. From office I got accommodation in another hotel and I was looking for a standard budget hotel for my in laws. I checked in OYO and found this to be nearer to my hotel. I trusted OYO (they will not recommend a bad hotel. etc..). I booked a single room with double occupancy for 20 days. When we checked in, at first glance the hotel seemed to be ok and they asked for a security deposit and I paid 5k for that. At that time they did not give any receipt for the payment. We were asked to wait for 30 mins for a room as they were "preparing a special room as we were from OYO". Room looked fine, though not nice but had been ok. So I asked my in-laws to check in and left for my hotel. Next day I came to know that AC was not working. The hotel guys said they would look into it. They came fixed the issue and after an hour or so the AC again stopped working. Since the entire day my in-laws were with us so the status of AC could be checked in the evening only. The toilet seat was broken. After 3 days of not working AC finally they agreed they can not solve the AC issue and changed the room. They were given a much smaller room and everything was broken in that room except AC ( :)). In between I kept asking for the receipt of 5K and they gave excuses each time. At checkout time they gave me receipt for pending amount only (no receipt for initial 5k). I asked for a receipt saying everything has been settled. They did not and misbehaved with us. Overall AC was not working in the first room which was bigger but had broken toilet. In the second smaller room AC was working but everything else was broken (toilet seat, table etc.). Their breakfast was ok. Please note the entire hotel smells of garbage dump. Big no no for their behaviour and rest.

This hotel came through a recommendation for being a reputed name in Bangalore's hotel industry. After seeing the photos of the rooms and facilities available, it seemed like a good choice to book in. Thankfully, my experience lasted only 2 days. The place definitely looks good from the outside but it's an absolute mess on the inside. The rooms are old and poorly maintained. The entire floor on which my room was located smelled of rotten food. There were leftover plates lying across the corridor that the staff didn't think necessary to clear on time. The lift worked intermittently. Luckily, I was on the 2nd floor so it was manageable. The WiFi was inaccessible in the room. Overall, a very poor experience with lethargic staff response. The only positive is the location. But the money is worth spending at a better location. Avoid if you can.

First the +ves....... That's a tough task. Still lemme try. Location for one. Being located in Jayanagar is a natural +ve. Decent beds, no stinking toilets (Thankfully) are the only other +ves than I can think of. Nothing else. Plenty of -ves. Horrible WiFi. Aesthetics inside were next to none. Paints peeling off gave a feeling of a B&B cheap lodge which r found typically close to railway stations...Lighting in rooms left a lot to be desired. Service was another big let down. Tried ordering some snacks thru Room Service. Nothing except finger chips was available. Not the hotels fault, but horrible traffic in surrounding areas is another major let down (this applies true for the entire city though). Booked it only because it was promoted by OYO, Not sure if I would trust them blindly from now on.
