Major plus points: a) Courteous reception b) Good breakfast c) Good location. Easy availability of transport. Major minus points: a)Laundry service is very poor. They promise same day delivery, but no delivery till next day that too after repeated followup. b)Restaurant on 1st floor bearers need to be a little more courteous. c) Room temperature control is very poor.

I stayed here for 2 days. Room was clean and other facilities were good. However, there are few things. WiFi was unavailable. A bulb was missing above reading table which even after repeated requests was not replaced. I was given a hotel menu in the room in which it is written we can get some food stuff 24 hr. Coffee was mentioned, when I asked for one at 5:30 AM I was told they cant do that. Room service is good. Food arived very fast. I had locked the room and gone outside, when I came back the room was cleaned and neatly arranged. I appreciate that but was surprised that they can do that when we are not in the room and without our permission. Overall, a good place to stay.

As per the booking I have not provided the room, they have given deluxe room & have not informed too. I rectified by myself that the room given to me is a Deluxe but not Executive. And the hotel Staff is also not responding but they are Blaming that If i need to get patch properly to a Executive room then better I have to book from them directly but not from Travel guru. That really Upset me. & they are not treating the customer in a good manner too who are comming from other booking, means not direct booking from them.

The Hotel was good. The cleanliness was not as per expectations. Toilets taps was broekn down. Food was awesome.

we use to go Nandhini Hotel jayanagar 3rd block one but his time we went Nandhini Hotel - J.P.Nagar its not good qulity of food as well service and cleanliness as well , qulity of the food not meet what we have paid

We stayed for 2 days as a Business trip. Hence our expectation was very little. We only wanted basic needs from the hotel, but of course with basic cleanliness. But very sorry to say that Nandhini did not even meet up to our basic needs. We went to Nandhini purely based on our previous experience with Nandhini-Jayanagar. Though the rooms were very small, the stay was really comfortable with absolute neatness- hence we thought the J.P. Nagar also would follow the same suite. The bed provided was age-old though the housekeeping did a good job in changing the covers every day. Due to bad quality, we had problems in sleeping - added to this there was a constant noise from the AC machine (in fact the AC did not work from the second day, but still the noise was always there from the vent. The sofa, the chair , I guess, had been used for quite a long time, atleast 6-7 years that they have started fading. It didnt bother us anyway, but still it gives the ambience a "careless attitude" look. The bathroom is the first thing that any visitor checks. But here, all the materials were rusted- there were scars in the entire floor that gave us a creepy feeling. The towels are not available immediately but are provided based on request. This might be for cost cutting but still it is very inconvenient. Though housekeeping does a good job in cleaning the room and changing the covers, it doesnt see the bathrooms I guess. The shampoo, soaps were not refilled and they were lying just the way we left it the previous day. The room has wifi and it worked well also for the first day, but after that I could not see the wifi name in the available networks.I complained this to management but no action taken. We took complimentary breakfast. The breakfast was good (Idly, Dosa, one rice item, bread, fruits, juice) . There is absolutely no bad remark and this is the only USP for the stay. The staff was very nice. No complaints on their behavior. They are not to be blamed. They are only order takers and the entire look and feel and hence the long term experience about the hotel is spoiled sole ly by the management. Overall, this branch of Nandhini is certainly NOT living upto its name, though the cost it same. The two greatest selling points of this hotel is the breakfast and the location (right on Kanakapura road). Even if you are a casual visitor, not wanting to care about the comforts, this may not suite you, as the hotel management does not seem to take genuine interest in the ambience & basic hygiene. A major revamp is not required for this, just they need to cleanUp so that it could match to atleast 50% of our expectation. But reality is otherwise. If you dont have any other option, then you could go for it. Otherwise, AVOID. This is not worth your hard earned money.

I missed my bus in the last minute and i called these hotel guys at 11 in the night and they were ready and were happy to give me a room instantly and at a very good price. I really appreciate their service and the homely environment of the hotel. Its a value for money hotel in the heart of south bangalore. Happy over all.

Food is very good.. I like the taste that is served in this restaurant.. I was impressed with the hygiene and variety of dishes available here. If u want to have party with your friends then this is a nice place to go.

Some guests commented cleanliness & maintenance could be improvedSome guests mentioned the bathrooms could be improved.I would say its a decent hotel for the budget price in a very good location.worth staying.all basic amenities are available including wifi.
