I have had a terrible experience at Hotel Pearl Inn in Bangalore. Before booking the hotel i called and checked with your representative 3 times that I will have a guest over for few hours I hope i will be allowed to see them in my room, to which i was answered YES, but nobody should stay overnight- to which I was very fine. To confirm I even called the Hotel and they also told me that they will have no problem with that. But today when I checked inn a friend came along to see me. The person on reception shouted at me and said we have no policy of guests in room. I told him that i confirmed with travel guru and ur hotel before booking - i was told it will be fine. This man was so rude and threatened me saying - you are standing in karnataka, you don't know us. I felt so embarrassed, humiliated, harassed and threatened. Horrible experience with TravelGuru. This hotel is not interested to partner with you, i was told to checkout immediately. This has caused immense inconvenience and my holiday has been spoilt.

Rooms were very small however good - interiors were not good of the room and the dinning table which was kept in the room was also very old. Called for the food in the room, it was good. Staff were very helpful and good in their service. There is no restaurant in the hotel I think they used to bring the food from outside of the hotel. Room was very good, it couls hav been little more spacious. Evening snacks was tasty. Service and staff was pretty good. Overall it was an above average property.

Room: Average 10x10 in size Breakfast: No Choice only bread omelette No Complementary water bottle per day Car parking outside the building. No security guard Gym: Only one cross trainer and one treadmill AC: Ac was puking water overnight and we put the bucket below it.

this is the worst experience ever i have with goibibo,they have not given what they show on their site. even the hotel refuse to give the room on the price we have paid on goibibo. when we called gogibo they told us to adjust and cut down my call. you can even hear the recorded call if u have. sorry to say since i was a regular customer of goibibo but after this incidence i lost my trust from u.

Stayed in the second week of Jan 2013. Positives - Easy access, close to indoor stadium Koramangala, life style and sony circle. Negatives - Restaurant service and food needs lot of improvement, rooms are not clean, little over priced for the quality of room. The staff said that the hotel has been taken over by new management and it is being renovated. But it is not an excuse for not providing good service.
