Hotel room was very small and suffocating. There was no room service at all. The rooms were not clean.

Hotel is now closed but its holiday home section is still open which I found un-livable as there is no cleaning staff, no room house keeping, no reception aid, no manager - only one attendant who is in charge. Also the checkout time is 8.00 am which I found strange in hospitality.

The only plus if at all one has to speak about is its location closer to railway station. Rooms looked as if not cleaned fro ages. The phone in the room had a thick coating of dust. The AC made so much noise that it virtually impossible to sleep. I had to switch off AC so that I can have some sleep. Some how I also felt very uneasy in the bed. Took lot of time to sleep as the unclean sofa and chairs kept coming to mind. The table kept in the room is just waiting to get broken. It was scary to even touch it. Extremely ordinary and not worth staying. I actually felt I would be better off staying in the waiting room in station that this place.

I had to stay in this hotel as it was late night when I arrived in Bangalore, and had paid the Auto driver to show me good hotel nearby; so had no option but to adjust. Rooms are in terrible condition, they stink a lot. You can't even dare to enter the bathrooms the ceiling is broken and leakage all around. Just passed the night and had early check out next morning. Please avoid staying in this hotel.

The room was stinking very badly and the bathroom had broken taps and shower lever didn't work at all. The ceiling was broken where the above floor sewage pipe could be seen and was leaking too. There was no furniture in the room, the single cupboard was broken. The extra bed was an old thin and torn mattress with a thin pillow. The staff and service was terrible, they openly demanded bribes for service done. This hotel is not worth any star at all.
