Was there for one day... cleanliness was ok ok.. furniture of room is too much old... ambiance was poor is ok.... overall it was not so good for me...not recommended for family and couple.....Hotel need lots of improvement...its centrally located is advantage... everything is near

even though they enjoy a good location ( next to metro station and shopping mall ) their service is too too terrible bedsheets have become pale from white. towels have become hard that they may scratch your body if you are not careful called for an extra blanket 5 times waited half hour and finally they came up with a bedsheet and a sorry that there is no extra blanket available I get a free room here cuz my grandfather worked in PNB. so it's ok for me to stay here as I am on a business trip. but otherwise this hotel doesn't deserve your money

Worst service for PNB staffs Holiday Home they had allotted a room which was having multiple leakages in bathroom from top floor bathroom pipe, a big hole in the bathroom door from which everything was visible.... I don't understand how can they issue such room's....

This is a very good hotel in Bengaluru. We stayed here a night while on transit through Bangalore. This hotel is very near to railway station. That is why it was very convenient for us to stay here . The room was quite ok. There is an attached restaurant which serve good veg food.

Checked in...complained about dirty bedsheets, no toilet tissue, no soap, no shampoo. After 3 hours of nothing being done despite numerous calls and a visit to reception, I checked out!!! Call themselves an "International" hotel????! The room was no where near ready to receive guests!
