DO NOT UPLOAD - AS PER CYRUS I wonder who in this world has accredited this facility as a 3 star *** facility???? I am sure, -- 100% sure it cannot be rated as one. Forgive me if I sound biased, but I am not!! I am in no way associated with the travel industry nor do I have an agenda of giving a bad name to this facility. The opinions mentioned herein are strictly my personal opinions, based on my experience during the stay at this facility with my family, i-e my wife, my son and my daughter in law. Also, I am in no way connected to the competitors of this facility. Though I can vouch for certain very good things. One � The staff is very very honest � they will not touch your valuables or your personal belongings, two - they are not impolite, and there are no hassles of alcohol and non vegetarian stuff. No immoral activities too. But �.. The restaurant serves miserly portions, you have to wait a minimum of 10 to 15 minutes (and may extend to 30 minutes) for all (initial and subsequent i.e. add on) orders. One particular bad experience we had � the M.D. of the hotel was seated in the restaurant with his friends, and all the staff was (only and only) at his service. We were not served for nearly an hour and as well behaved, well mannered guests we had to just wait and wait. The M.D. did absolutely nothing and did not show any concern for the inconvenience, caused to us. No bathroom doormat rugs, just a coir mat, no slippers, and you have to keep requesting the staff to get you everything, toilet rolls, dental kit, shaving kit etc - etc. The indoor safe was not working, so were the light fittings. In my room (#305) the bathroom glass door had no door closer and nothing was done to fix it in spite of repeated requests. Even the complimentary water bottles, tea coffee kits, hair kit are not readily/willingly offered. Very miser management. There were no services or facilities offered to us to see to it that our stay was made comfortable, that too after the total dues of the facility were made in advance!!!! One of the reception guys informed my son that a free pick up has been arranged from the station, but we were charged a whooping Rs. 300/- by the same guy!! with no receipts!!, whereas the same services can be had from private �Meru or Easy Cabs� at less than half the price ! The restaurant serves food laced with DYED green peas, DYED spinach, water is served in plastic glasses and I seriously doubt if the water served is filtered at all. The property of the facility is very good, and the exterior of the hotel is clean & so are the reception and lobby. In all, definitely not a very friendly place and not star rated.

We opted for a triple sharing room and the room given to us was so small that there was no place for the third mattress...we had to personally go to the receptionist to ask for a replacement room ... no toiletries provided except for a hand wash soap..television set was not working properly...the only saving grace was good tea.....im not going there ever again!!!

Everything is very good - and there is nothing I could want or expect. The quality of food, service and care is very good. The relaxing atmosphere and close proximity to the bus stand is of great advantage - not having to bother about traffic at any point of time

The hotel is located in the middle of a market. there is no parking space and after a lot of asking did the watchman make a little space on the pavement to park my car. The room are very small, unclean.The bead sheets and mattress were dirty.All the pipes in the bathroom were leaking. only regional language channels on TV. Overall a bad experience.

If a terrible noisy neighbourhood, no parking, cramped rooms, stinking corridors and elevators and absolutely horrible service is what you are looking for in hotel, this dump is the place to be. We arrived as a family of 5 and for the first time in our travels the staff asks us to carry our own luggage. One look at the room and I had check out immediately. Unfortunately we had paid for 2 days in advance and thankfully getting a refund was the most convenient part of this experience. Despite an incompetent manager attempting to justify the fine print of the hotel than trying to improve the customer experience. It is surprising that in this age of impeccable customer service, places like this continue to exist and rip off unsuspecting customers. I truly hope they do the travel community a favour and go out of business soon.

Building of the hotel is old and dilapidated from inside. Rude staff and receptionist. Don't expect any courtesy let alone any help from them. Hotel is not in a state of good upkeep. Rooms are small and dirty. Even bed-sheets and blankets are too shabby. Bathroom fixtures are old and leaking. The worst part- On complaining about the lack of facilities, they will blackmail you into leaving hotel than and there!

Being one of the Top reviewer in India I am giving -10 points to this hotel. They even do not deserve zero. They are even less than that. 1. THEY WILL NOT ALLOW TO GO TO ANY OTHER ROOM IF YOU HAD BOOKED SINGLE ROOM. EVEN NOT FOR SHARING WATER, MEDICINE. 2. The front office staff manager " Mr. Prasad" is very much rude, arrogant person. He is very much professional. He will not listen you. 3. Room conditions are pathetic. Dirty, all walls are tearing off. 4. MOST IMPORTANTLY, I HAVE BIG DOUBT THEY HAVE FITTED CAMERA INSIDE THE ROOMS AS HE KNOWS VERY WELL THAT YOU HAVE LOCKED YOUR DOOR FROM INSIDE OR NOT. PLEASE BE CAREFUL AND TRY TO AVOID THIS HOTEL IN BANGALORE. Take some other hotel in nearby location in same range. This is breach of security and safety. Please take care.
