i am book this hotel through Cleartrip for 1 night stay in Bangalore on 20th Nov. After reaching the hotel, staff has asking their are no further tie up with clear trip due to management was changed. after some discussions on phone and in front staff they have provided one room. room is good but no towel in their room. food/ drinking water facility not in room, staff is cooperative. So so facility in the hotel

The reception was pretty bad, the receptionist had no idea about the booking, I had to update him with the details. The wash basin in the toilet was leaking, when you brush your teeth or wash your hands the water from the wash basin splashes on your feet, the feeling it gives you is left to your imagination, they could not provide me with a towel, no drinking water in the room, I had to purchase mineral water on my own and request them for a tumbler which was delivered after about half an hour. Room service and house keeping are totally absent.

Hi I am Janardhan from. I stayed this hotel totally 8 days. Hotel look like a Mnc company. But rooms are nice n spacious but there is no lift service othervise everything is fine. One more thing there is no restaurant. But boys serving good n quick finally I am satisfied because of staff service and hotel facility Worth for money
