They Hesitate To Accept My Booking Thru Travel guru.They Asked Me Again&Again About Payment.
The staff need training in customer service.
Hotel is very far from the airport, but it is close to a bus stand and railway station. It is near to a commercial zone. Room has an AC which is very comfortable. Hotel staff service is not at all good. Puri bhaji for breakfast at the hotel restaurant wasaverage.average.
I am happy with the hotel and it's service. Rooms are clean and spacious. It is comfortable for family stay. You have the railway station which is about 20 min from hotel. Hotel is located at famous Lalbaug area.
Pathetic location, it is in a no mans land. There is no proper transportation to reach this hotel. Rooms are small and nice, however the slum area near this hotel made me sick. The hotel has a restaurant which has lot of flies, and is extremely unhygienic

I came early morning just to have a place to sleep and shower before my next bus the same night. I walked in and the employees had no manners and were impolite. No customer service at all. They overcharged me. The prices advertised online were half the rate they charged me. I get up to the room dead tired ready to sleep and I am disgusted by the bed. It looks used and there are stains, dirt, and hair all over the bed. The pillows have yellow circles from the head oils of previous guests. The floor was also dirty. The bathroom was horrible. It stunk so much that I gagged almost vomiting each time I entered. It was mouldy and absolutely disgusting. Even if I could've mustered up the strength to bathe myself in the gross bathroom, there were no towels or soap to help me do so. When I asked the front desk worker if there were supposed to be towels and soap included in the room, he said yes. I then said that my room did not have any of those things. He then said "oh." Then proceeded to mumble something in Kannada to his colleague... Then that was it... No attempt at a solution. Upon check out, they refund a portion of the initial payment. It was supposed to be 400 rs. The desk worker only had 500s and as did I. He wanted me to go fetch change. Unbelievable. Then he asked the security officer to go get some change. He came back five minutes later empty handed. Then they sent another employee to fetch change. He took 15 minutes... Meanwhile my bus boarding time is approaching. While waiting I went into the restaurant to buy mineral water. I tried paying with a 500 because that's all I can get out of an ATM, and the restaurant manager was even more impolite. Totally rude in all of our communication. He kept shouting "Change! Change!" While making a shewing motion with his hand to me as if to tell me to get out. No customer service at all. Because of these people and this stay and the rickshaw drivers that charged me double and all the rest of the low life people I encountered, I hate Bangalore and wile likely never return.
We stayed for 3 days and it was a decent stay, The service was decent and good. Staff were courteous. Little more work needed to be done though. Close to Lal Bagh gardens which is worth a watch in Bangalore Over all Good for the budget
I came here because wanted to freshen up and rest for a couple of hours before leaving for work and then the airport. The bathroom was dirty, water leaking the floor had a lot of dirt, white bed sheet was actually almost brown. There are a lot of decent hotels which you could get here in bangalore for the same price
I was with my family and have to stay near lal bagh, we booked through stayjilla.com, by seeing the pictures, we reched there at night and they say they give us ac deluxe room and as we went to room , no ac working, bathroom like it was not been cleaned for years , the sheets on bed was not been washed ever with hair and stinky smell. I think stayjilla.com gets some extra money buy cheating travellers.
I am staying in this hotel for the last few times; It is conveniently located in the heart of the city and close to the business district; their 24 hrs check-in / check-out policy helps a lot, as it gives you ample time to pack and leave; you don't have to worry about leaving in the morning itself, even though you had checked in only in the previous evening; rooms are good for a business traveler; breakfast, which is part of the room is splendid;
