JW Marriott Hotel Bengaluru

The JW Marriott, Bangalore is a fantastic hotel. Absolutely 5 star all around! The staff here really know what customer service is. It's quite humbling to be served so genuinely. Hotel is always clean. The staff go above and beyond to be friendly and there isn't anything too hard for them. You are their #1 priority and they absolutely make sure you feel important. The breakfast buffet is the best I've ever had. Of course if you love India and the food here then you will not be disappointed. Such a wide range of food for breakfast. This hotel is definitely a 5* experience. I come on business but if I was coming in vacation my only wish would be that there was more sun on the pool area. You only get sun by the pool for a few hours due to the height and orientation on the tall buildings.

We went to Spice Terrace and it was awesome.. It was surprise for me from my husband ... He searched a lot about this place & ambience (very particular about it) and once we went there ,i was totally in awe... The restaurant is beside pool ... 1 extra brownie point for that... Food was also good... There was a another surprise waiting for me at the end.. Surprise surprise .. Special Cake for our anniversary celebration... In short, i just loved this place

Didn't like the front elevation

This review is for ambiance and food.. My wife is allergic to egg and non veg food.. Most of the hotels/restaurants- they mix up veg and non veg by using same vessels and spoons. By it���s not the same with J W Marriott. She had all the veg food and Nothing happened to her.. Thanks to chefs for maintaining those standards. Ambiance and views from the top floor are real good, it���s located in central bangalore.

I attended for brothers marriage. Hospitality and response of the staff was good. Food is very tasty. We stayed for three days . Enjoyed food and other facilities. But swimming pool is just kept for design or as a show piece. Activities and functions will be going on and you cannot use or enjoy in the swimming pool. There are no separate rooms for car drivers who come along with us.
