I visited keys hotel twice for the team lunch with my office colleagues. The hotel is located in between Silk board and Electronic city, therefore, it is suitable for business purpose. The buffet offered has average food quality especially for the main course, however, the desserts offered are good. The dining area is fine but becomes congested if you have a large team along with you. I didn't stay in this hotel, so I cannot comment on the rooms but the staff seemed to be nice. If you look at the infrastructure of the hotel from outside, it looks like a train.
It was like suffocation in the room even with AC switched on for first 3-4hrs every day after I resume to the room. Not so comfortable stay. This can be improved and the food quality and number of items in buffet dinner needs improvement.
I had stayed at Keys Hotel, Whitefield, was overwhelmed with the welcome, Room decoration, amenities and team there.
Particularly would like say special Thanks to Sunny Kumar for planning my entire stay, my birthday celebrations, thanks to Housekeeper Ashok for the room decoration & amenities, Uma for the booking, Sonam was very friendly, took care of us very well. Buffets for break, lunch & dinner are very good and food is very delicious. Chef's and F&B Service team members are very friendly. Overall very nice play to stay.
The room is a suite with a separate kitchenette and sitting area. Nice wood flooring and tile bathroom with desk in the bedroom and some nice amenities. There is a gigantic bee hive and wasps all over the property so if you are allergic, choose another hotel. They are in the pool and though the pool is clean it is not safe for those allergic. The hotel staff are very friendly and will help you as much as they can. This is not 4 stars in the USA but really is 4 stars for India. Towels are pretty well worn and not great quality. The cleaning leaves a LOT to be desired. Actual piles of dirt along the floor boards and behind the bed. The windows in the hallway stayed dirty with hand marks all over for the entire week of our stay. On the plus side, the buffet is really pretty good with some decent variety of Indian food and an occasional nod to food of other cultures like pasta or asian noodles.
Perfect hotel for a business-trip to Whitefield.
Rooms are comfortable and clean. Buffets for breakfast and dinner are very good.
Service is excellent.
There was a proper desk with an ergonomic chair and a bright working light. WLAN connection is stable and reasonably fast. You can work comfortably.
The reading light next to the bed was bright, too.
The air conditioning was surprisingly quiet, I didn't let it run overnight, but that wouldn't have been a problem.
Nice, modern bathroom and comfortable bed made the room perfect.
I never heard my neighbors, the hotel seems to be well isolated against noise.
Some of the other reviews complained about food quality. I can only assume that the hotel has improved, since during my stay both, breakfast and dinner were of excellent quality.
Buffets with a wide selection of both vegetarian and non-vegetarian dishes. Of course, the food is not European, you are well advised to try small portions first, some things are rather spicy. There is always a selection of fresh fruits, salad, yogurt. For the breakfast, they even make custom omelettes.
The reception is available 24/7 and very helpful.
Bottled drinking water is free.
In walking distance to most of the big companies in Whitefield.
A cab to the city center (mg road) can take anything from 50min to 100min, depending on traffic.
