There was no jacuzzi in Royal Club Suite. I had preferred this hotel over hotel Oberio just because of the jacuzzi. Also this property is very old, and It is truly not a value for what you are paying...

It was great experience altogether. The staff was brilliant and food was simply the best. The room was spacious and reception was quite friendly. The location was quite convenient for the business traveler. I would surely come back to this hotel.

Overall it was a good property except a small glitch; flush system of the room was not working and I was left with no option to request for a room change around mid night

The room was luxurious and the cleanliness was completely maintained. The staff was disciplined and shown great respect for the client and service was as desired. The hotel has a fabulous restaurant, it was neatly arranged and the food was superb. It really worth staying.

I have stayed in this hotel every time I go Bangalore. Service is always consistent and the restaurant has been up to their mark. Room is clean and all amenities are there. However, this time, on Wednesday night that I stayed, they seems to have some parties and it went on until wee hours, I still can hear people talking, laughing and shouting even at 2am. Hope they can look into controlling the noise in future.

I can honestly say that in the many years (more than I care to remember) that I have been travelling all around the world, I have never been so well looked after as I was by Kirunamandan, Puia and Abu at Le Meridian in Bangalore. After discovering a gluten and dairy intolerance just before Christmas, I was nervous about what I'd be able to eat in India. I needn' t have worried. Plate upon plate of delicious food were served to me in the club lounge by Kirunamandan and Puia, specially prepared by Abu and his team. Breakfast was a delight to the taste buds as dishes without wheat or dairy were served to me. I can thoroughly recommend this hotel and will definitely come back, knowing full well that I won't starve - far from it in fact.

I am satisfied with the way things were taken care of by the staff during my stay from 08th to 12th Jan 17. Nice thing I did observe was everybody was serving with it room maintenance staff, restaurant staff, front desk staff...everyone. Restaurant staff were remembering my food preference and helping me to have a homely food. Gym trainers especially Mr. Ajay Sharma was very helpful with lot of tips and personal attention. Totally I enjoyed my stay. Keep it up Le Meridien, Bangalore.

checked in ok , seemed to be exactly what we wanted, shown to our very nice looking room, spotlessly clean, but the ac did not work. claims you can set it to 18 deg C but it never got below 24! They would not give change on money at the desk claimed it was the banks in India ( oh unless you bought something then they had lots of change!!!) One of the rudest waiters at dinner ( one of the most expensive dinners ever as well) , ever, who was just so uninterested and then to top it all off at 3.30 AM (yes am) we waited over 30 mins for one tea and one coffee whilst waiting for our taxi to the airport!
