Hotel is very nice clean and neat. Hotel staff were courteous. Only thing which needs improvement is that the room service has to be more prompt. Also the towels in the bathroom needs some fabric softner as they seemed rough and old Overall we are satisfied with our stay.
Everything was good about the hotel until I found my birthday wine was missing. When I confronted the front desk staff they eventually told me it was broken when the cleaning person came to my room. They did offer to buy me a new bottle but didn't tell me whether or not that is still the case before I checked out. The manager(s) were overly nice about the situation yet there was no action. As a principle, I don't trust this hotel to stay again.
We really enjoyed our stay there for 1 night. Hotel is good. Location is good but the hotel is little bit difficult to locate since it is a new hotel. Please provide some suitable landmark in your address. Food was very good.
The hotel is a decent budget hotel. Right near Majestic Bus stand, prime location of Bangalore. Nice and clean room and for the price that I got it was worth a stay which included complementary breakfast too. The cleaning service needs to be proactive. They did not clean the room by themselves. I had to tell them to make my bed. Rest all was good. I am happy that I could book a good hotel fitting in my pocket . Looking forward to book a hotel in Chennai for November soon.

I went to Bangalore around first week of November 2016 with a 45000 platelet count, but all THANKS to the staff of Magaji Orchid, who went out of the way to help me with preparing and storing papaya leaves juice and giving me any time I asked them. They were so courteous that they told me I could call them anytime in the night if I need anything. A great experience. Again want to Thank the staff, if not for their support I wouldnt have got fit in 3 days during my stay in Bangalore. Thank you for your support. Would surely recommend this hotel.
Location(3/5): Location was good, walking distance from metro station and nearby Mall Check-in(2.5/5) : I have booked comfort Room for 6 days. I did check-in around 2 AM. I was with my wife so they asked me for my marriage proof as they don't allow the unmarried couple(be careful for this), luckily my wife has our marriage pic. After formalities, we moved to the room. ROOM(0/5 for comfort 2.5/5 for standard ): The room was ok in size with coffee maker, small freezer and double sofa. But the room was adjacent to the main road and every vehicle passed the road we hear the sound. Next day when we use the bathroom, we figure it out water was laying on the floor, cupboard doesn't have handles, freeze not working. No drinking water in the room. we asked the manager about these issues, he told me all comfort rooms are like same, I should shift to Normal standard room. I have paid for the higher room but I have to shift to the normal room and they are not ready to compensate for this. I don't have any other option hence we moved to a normal standard room. Staff(1/5): staff is not cooperative and reception is not willing to talk to the guest. every time I have called 3 times on reception for everything (even for drinking water). for any issue, they told us to wait for the manager. FOOD(2/5): for two-day they provide the buffet for breakfast with idly, vada aloo paratha, tea, bread butter & juice. Juice is not fresh and the food is cold. But for next 4 days, they served on the table only (idly vada and tea ). they have a restaurant and dinner food taste was good but it is costly. They charge 10% extra on the name of room service if you order food inside the room. Don't waste money on comfort room, this hotel is not worth for money.
Rooms are very average. Only good thing about the hotel is room boys ,they were really very helpful through out my stay. Receptionist who was there on my check in was extremely rude !! Morning buffet is not bad but lack cleanliness. There is one manager ? who is in charge of buffet lack basic etiquette,he is angry with everyone who comes for buffet!! Overall really bad experience.
Have been staying at Magaji for past many years, have never been disappointed, located at Sheshadripuram, with just 4 mins walk to Mantri Mall and Metro station , the breakfast spread is very good and restaurant too is good, the staff very courteous , this time I was put up in room number 2205 which is a Comfort Room, big and spacious , also has tea/coffee making facilities , big screen TV and lots of channels , the only problem with this room is the water gets logged in the bathroom, which needs a serious masonry work, since this is a premium room, the management must ensure the above Will surely return and recommend
We have chosen this hotel as its close to the hospital we had to go several times. And as we had to stay for 2 weeks - the price per night seemed to be reasonable for long time. Pros:: room is cleaned daily, room boys do not even take the tips we were living for them - very responsible people (room boys only) Cons:: - we were put in a smoking room, though we have asked for non smoking, never had the chance to change our room - there was instant bad smell in the room, as we couldn't change it, we had to "fragrance" it by ourself daily - once we kept our iPad at the reception for recharge, later we saw that someone was taking photos ( bellboy Lakshmi)! Instead of apologizing - he has just stopped saying HI to us for the following 2 weeks - front office staff are quite non polite and often not helpful - depends on their mood and who is there at the moment - lot of very personal questions, raising the voice at a stressful moment, calling to the room with weird questions at any time of the day/night - and many other "small" things - made us to avoid them and solve our problems ourselves - room was very smelly (instant bad smell), TV sooo small + on a very uncomfortable location for watching it being on the bed, 50% of time we had to call to the reception to get hot water in the shower - food was DISGUSTING - we have ordered the room service meals at night - it was a 3 days old full of oil tomato/cucumber/bread/chili sandwich - just threw it away. - has spoiled my husband's expensive shorts when we have given it to the laundry (non removable stain from the iron on the light color shorts) I could continue writing it forever (we have stayed for 2 weeks remember?) - maybe this type of place is not meant to stay that long - you get what you pay for. We were just shocked how unprofessional was the overall service there - no client orientation (except the room boys!). It definitely was the very first such unpleasant hotel experience for us ever.
