The rooms were clean and comfy. Not worththe price. Staff at hotel were very rude. And i was forced to pay for both days in advance plus room service boys kept peeping and staring at my wife in the roomwhich was very rude and in appropriate.

I went to Bangalore on an official trip for 2 days and stayed at this hotel. This is kind of a service apartment with clean and spacious rooms. I would like to give a special mention of the room service. The attendant, Rasanand, was very prompt in his services. Overall a satisfactory stay.

My Secretary saw some good ratings for this property and booked us there for a night's stay.. Upon arrival we were flabbergasted... This some kind of residence converted to a hotel. No parking, no receptionist.. a Room boy received us and ushered us into the room. Dingy room, with a small twin bed. we asked for separate beds, but they said "not available". But we suspect "not there". No towels/ soap in the room. but delivered on asking. Toilets Smelly, Stained tiles and bath fittings.. No restaurant, no coffee shop. we asked for a cup of coffee.. It was brought in a paper cup from Ground Floor, open and gave. It was sweetened milk, with a slight tinge of coffee. My partner was hungry. The room boy ran to some place nearby and brought food as a parcel.. They said " Break fast included".. Truth: You have to order one out of some six or seven items listed and the room boy gets it from some nearby shop.. The web site said "Roof Top Restaurant" there were a few chairs on the terrace and the breakfast brought from the shop was served there.. Once again teh coffee experience was repeated.. No value for the money we paid...

Horrible experience overall. . I booked through Expedia and ended up spending more money than listed for poor service and rude behavior. The property owner didn't care to answer the call when I needed assistance with finding this place. The numbers listed don't work and the owner didn't care to answer the call either. Reception staff knows only Hindi and Kannada. If you don't know these languages, the check-in process will be really painful. Property owner Naveen was more interested in charging me extra thatn arrange a smooth check-in process. Break fast is pretty ordinary. You can find better hotels nearby. Spare yourself from this place if you are a foreign national or someone outside of Karnataka.

I stayed here for just one night and the overall experience was quite good. The rooms are very well maintained and for once the photos are not that misleading. The bathroom of the room we stayed in was massive. It's not often that the bathrooms of hotels are spacious. The staff is very hospitable and does not compromise on the service. The only tip for improvement will be to improve the breakfast served and maybe provide travel toothpaste as part of the toiletries...
