I reached there on 3rd.At first they refused reservation stating that the rate has been revised and Travel guru has not updated.I was very much upset and some how could convince them.I think they had contacted also.Kindly try to avoid this type of problem.

The hotel is centrally located in the main city but it was 5km from the place were I had my work. The room given to me was well organised with all the facilities. The service was outstanding of the staffs. I had breakfast in the restaurant, it was amazing in taste but too expensive. I liked the facilities in the hotel such as internet access, centralized a/c, the bathroom which was well maintained. The property is really very good to stay.

All the rooms have a bathtub. There is nothing that these guys can do wrong. The staff is as good as it gets. What they charge seems just right. The food is amazing and the kitchen works 24/7. They have a terrace restaurant which is amazing. A small gym in the basement is good enough for the health conscious. A bar which is not over priced. Perfect for your stay

Good budget hotel , in a quiet corner of Whitefield , behind GE Research centre , restaurant service requires improvement (min 30 minutes wait for ala carte dinner to be served) , cordial front desk personnel

I had stayed at he hotel for 4 nights for the Capgemini Scrabble Tournament. The location of the hotel is hardly 300mtrs from the venue and thus served very well. Pros: 1.The staff is very friendly and always ready to help. 2.The rooms are moderately well equipped. 3.The breakfast spread is good and food is delectable. Cons: 1.The room service is an issue - post 11pm soft drinks in the room were also not served. 2.Wifi doesn't work very well. I had to rely on 3G connection mostly. 3. Rooms are dim lit. You can't read or work on laptop for long time.

Good experience during my stay last month. Rooms are specious and equipped with all necessary furnitures and amenities. Hotel staffs, associates and management are exceptionally courteous. One star added for them. I'd surely recommend MGM!

Check in for a night. The hotel has an old world feeling and may disappoint if you're one looking for a modern hotel. The check in fast. The room is a little small and I got a bit irritated when I saw there was one glass and one tea cup when there were two people staying in the room. I complained to the reception and got the extra cup and glass. The room service was good and food excellent. Never had such a tasty non veg platter. Breakfast was also nice; good spread. Lovely filter coffee.
