Stay at this hotel for 2 nights was really good. The Std room was clean and well furnished with tea maker, TV, AC, Hot running water.

Staff were friendly and attentive. I enjoyed my breakfast at the roof top restaurant. I found the proximity of the hotel to MG road with good shops and walking distance to Cubbon park a pleasant situation.

Staffs were very nice in their service. Rooms were excellent well maintained having all the facilities. I had my breakfast in the restaurant it was fantastic in taste. Overall my stay was wonderful in this hotel.

Our 2 nights stay in this property was fine. It was a comfortable stay, when we checked in to the room it was little damp then they have cleaned it. Room service was good. Complimentary breakfast was ok. To the Bangalore standard it was good hotel.

Generally, the service at the Hotel was excellent. Although the rooms were well maintained but the lightings in the room were bad . The toilet flush was not working at times. Overall the staffs were very courteous and helful. The Hotel is located at a strategic position , near to shopping malls and restaurants.

In the center of city, where it hardly sleeps, filled with food and drink joints to roam around, it is good place to stay for night over. That is come sleep, wash and get out. Nothing exciting about the place or the service. Don't expect great class or suave of facilities either. Especially with front office which wants to argue that it is customer mistake even if they know they committed it. Value for money I guess, especially if they allow 24 hr check out (special for few corporate)

We lived in the Museum Inn for nearly a year as part of a work commitment in Bangalore. Always found the place very friendly and the staff very helpful, especially as we got to know them well. A personal commitment took us back to Bangalore for a few nights and we thought we would book in again to see how it was. Not disappointed. The Museum is just off MG Road and very convenient for all the bars and cafes around there including Koshy's. So position couldn't really be better. We only really ate breakfast at the hotel because of that although the few times we ate in the Chinese we really enjoyed it. Rooms are adequate, plenty of hot water, beds are fine. Rooms at the front can get noisy as Bangalore doesn't really sleep until the early morning.

I am a Visitor of this hotel at MG road area since so many year .Visited after 10 month .As this hotel is taken over by new owner .good services yet to established. Services become poor due to Management changeover transition. Staff & their services are still Excellent. You can enjoy drinks & food at 2 Restaurants including a rooftop one. Hope new management pump finances & keep good staff to revive old Good services.

Attaching the photos of the Water... the colour speaks for itself.. Response from the reception... Will be ratified by tomorrow.. Restaurant is the only better part during the stay. There was no provision to adjust the temperature of the AC which is again a lacklustre in the hotel.

Booked through make my trips corporate login!!!!! Just landed from airport at 1.00 AM in the night, the room is fool of stench of damp carpet, AC is not working. To top it all They have installed a cooler in my room. I was promised that AC will be up in an hour but i guess it is not going to happen as room service and reception have different views about it. At 3200 a room this is one shady place!!!!! Will come to know if anything else is not working.... I guess i will either suggest my office to change make my trip as a vendor.... How can they have such shoddy hotels on their corporate booking accounts!!!!!!
