* Convenient Location * Unfortunately surrounded by Metro Station and Mall on two sides; however the room where we stayed did not have any disturbance. * Very good breakfast * No Fan in the room which should have been provided * A.C. was ineffective * Wi-fi connection was lost intermittently; well supported by hotel IT person.

The restaurant Sangam is a fantastic place for excellent buffet at unbelievably low price. You get sumptuous food of all varieties at a low price. The spread is too good. The starters are excellent. The service is too good. There is a parking place in the cellar. It is just below the Metro station at Govt Soap Factory.

This hotel is not so high end hotel for senior management guys to stay. Its a basic hotel with 3 star facility. Staff is minimal. You wont see an extra person to bother you. Has a veg restaurant with in. Food choices are limited but just enough for 3 days stay. You can try out different dish for dinner. You wont be fascinated by hotel but wont be annoyed too.

Terrible place, has a desolate look. The staff is unfriendly. If you don't tip the steward at the restaurant on the first day itself, don't even expect him to greet you or even look in your direction for the rest of the stay. The Hotel requires some serious hospitality and manners' training to the staff. My room did not have soap in the dispenser in the shower area until the third day, and was filled only after reminding the front-desk. The lighting in the room is so dim, you feel depressed. They can easily put higher wattage LED bulbs, but I suspect there is a callous indifference. The Front-desk people don't greet till you don't greet them. Someone's got the entire mission and vision screwed up! The lobby appearance is depressing and the Hotel needs a desperate overhauling and a new look! Please don't stay here, or you will ruin your holiday or your official visit.

The hospitality of this hotel sucks. Rooms are ordinary and old. Breakfast and Dinner is provided with limited menu. The attitude towards the customers is appalling. Wifi speed sucks. Rooms are noisy in night. Simply disappointed.

The rooms are cozy.... Dont open the window if room is on the road side.. it is right in front of bridge... Food is of good quality.. Room service and staff is good and friendly.. Breakfast have so many varieties. Easy connectivity...
