I stayed at this hotel during my recent visit to Bangalore and was thoroughly impressed with the level of service excellence displayed by the staff to make my stay comfortable. Rooms were nice and spacious, food impressive and service simply brilliant. From noticing and delivering on every small need, the staff went out of their way to exceed my expectations. Highly recommended.

Stayed at this place couple of times on official trips. They are located in middle of a cramped neighbourhood, other than that no complains. Parking place, friendly staff, open round the clock. They can work upon their breakfast spread to enhance service. P.S. entire property is a no-smoking zone.

I booked 17 rooms in this hotel for my sister's wedding to accommodate family and friends visiting from all over the country for the occasion for a total of 26 room nights. Located in a residential area , it feels just like home. While the breakfast was complimentary, I arranged for lunch and dinner for very guest each day. Needless to say, all the guests literally took over the in house restaurant Oyster Bay. Meals with simple menu with homely dal and vegetables served with hot fulkas and salad were appreciated by everyone. And Mr Samir and Mr Paul personally ensured that each guest had his meal hot and fresh. I am indebted to them forever for their patience and courteous affection. The rooms are well maintained and well stocked. The front staff, kitchen staff and restaurant staff were all smiles round the clock. Well done Team Pearl. Keep it up.

This is located a bit away from the main road and hence a quite place. It is more of a service apartment offering all basic necessities at reasonable price. Rooms are spacious and staff is good. However, the limited breakfast options leave a lot to be desired.

Located middle of SR Layout. Its little cramped a place to stay but has basic enmities available in and around the place. Pro + Cosy place near to old airport at budget rates + Helpful staff. Cons - Breakfast layout too restricted. - Access to Hotel
