The people are extremely good and polite. The problem is that as soon as we entered into the room, there were cockroaches. Adequate number of towels are not provided. Food is a sure below average for a three star. But People at the counter and the boys responded to everything we asked in irrespective of the time.

Among the worst hotels I have ever stayed in. Decent rooms but terrible service. Breakfast served is complimentary but pathetic in quality. Similar is the case with dinner too. One of my colleague fell ill after consuming the food. Free wi-fi is there but connectivity diminishes on the first floor itself.

I made the booking for this hotel through MakeMyTrip....Actual name of this hotel is Pleasant Suites and Zo Room is just a 3rd party vendor. Its just like mentioning the name of the hotel as Make My Trip instead of the the actual one. Also the location of this hotel is almost impossible to find out. I had to roam around koramangala for 3 hrs looking for this hotel and the customer support of Zo Rooms was so pathetic that 4 people( in 4 separate calls ) gave 4 different directions. In the end after all these sufferings, when i finally reached this hotel they told me that they are full and no rooms available. Again i had to wait there and Zo Rooms was atleast that much descent that they arranged another hotel for me 6KMs far from there and they arranged a cab also for me. I had to again wait for another 1 hr and in the end when i called Uber cab driver, he told that the trip is canceled as he is not able to find the location. So then i took a cab myself and reached the other hotel after a long struggle of 5 hrs.. But one thing i want to highlight here is abt the staff in Pleasant Suites hotel, Ajay and Naveen. They were so much helpful and was with me till i got into the cab seeing my situation. Would like to say a big thanks to them once again..

Check in: No trouble. I had the booking done through Zo Rooms (Had trouble with Zo Rooms though as they changed my booking from the Hotel at Ejipura circle to this hotel) Staff Behaviour: Pleasant. But we were asked to get back to the hotel by 11:00 in the night as they said that the staff was tired which is no sign of a hotel but a hostel may be? The hotel services say that there is a 24HR check in policy. I don't know how that works. Restaurant: No restaurant available. And hence we would expect the breakfast to be served in the room. On Day 1, they had brought the breakfast to our rooms. On Day 2 they asked us to go to the Kitchen on top floor (a dirty place which is totally unappetizing) to have the breakfast. On Day 3 we decided not to have breakfast from there. Food quality was poor and we saw that they were serving breakfast to other rooms. I wouldn't know why we were asked to go to the kitchen on top to eat when they had staff serving the breakfast in the rooms (of course they might have been tired :P). Room Service: There was only one Bath Towel in the room and henceI asked the reception to bring me another. I had to remind them twice to bring me the same. At 1:00 P.M in the noon, we asked for two glasses (as there were no glasses in the room) and I was asked to go to the kitchen to get them as the guy at the reception said that the staff would be resting. The good part: The rooms and their bath rooms were clean. The Air conditioner, water heater and the television was working well. There was Free Wifi available too. I wouldn't recommend this hotel if you are exploring the city but you may have a day's stay without much of a problem

if you just want to spend a day/night and check out, you can stay here. the staff is friendly and very provides prompt assistance. the food is ok. the rooms are clean, have Air conditioner, T. V.. however the night lamp was not working in my room. overall for a day this is ok and manegable

This hotel was booked by my company. The room lock was broken, the pillow covers were dirty and stained. They fill filter water in bisleri bottles and keep in the room. Basically they reuse mineral water bottles. I checked out within 1 hour of occupying the place. Hotel staff is very rude.
