Situated in a Noise free area , this hotel is a really good for business people who are not fussy about fancy features. My stay in the club room (though the room appeard small to a four star standard) was really nice one. All necessary toiletory items were present in the room and one touch control for all lights. I had breakfast only in the hotel and it was really good. In short more than worth the price I paid. Krish

I found S Hotel very good - clean, tidy and very well located. Considering that I had some work at Banerghatta road, I was able to avoid the dreaded Bangalore traffic. There are many malls (Shopper Stop and Central) within 1 km. The locality is nice and green. The hotel staff were nice and helpful (unfotunately, I did not spend too much time inside the hotel - but my experience was very positive overall). All in all, a nice hotel - I can recommend it to my friends.

Terrible experience, after landing at 11PM found hotel to be shabby and not well kept, stale air, cheap sitting. The receptionist took my card and ID and continued to take calls from prospective clients instead of taking care of check in. After 15 minutes of looking busy he smiled and said we dont have your booking? After showing the official CWT booking confirmation on paper again spent some time to check and came back with same answer. I spoke to the GM who said he will do something. Apparently BLR had a conference going on and hotels were on high occupancy so they sold rooms at higher rates than booked earlier. After 40 minutes they agreed to put me and another guest at Hotel Crystal, which was a lodge kind of place. Hugely disappointing as at 11:30 no room service was available. Hence had to sleep on empty stomach. CWT has blacklisted the Hotel. Pls avoid at all cost.

I'm giving 2 stars for the location and the clean linen. Even the basics were missing, I will not even get to the 'feel good' services that guests generally expect. - The staff at the reception is incompetent. - There was no hot water inspite of repeatedly complaining - The coffee machine wasn't working. Not fixed after requesting politely and fixed after making a noise! - There was no phone in the room! Again 'not fixed' after requesting politely, fixed after making a noise! - No iron available And then on top of this all - the guy at the reception has the guts to say smiling 'oh the entire room is not functional' After complaining, the manager on duty + 2 people at the reception 'confirmed' a change of room. I generally thought of checking few hours before reaching the hotel on the status. And as expected, the receptionist , very matter of factly, with absolutely no sign of regret says - oh no rooms are available! It's a shame on the name of Choice Group of Hotels. I have travelled around the world decent enough but have never ever experienced such disastrous service even in guesthouses so to speak! This feedback has been shared with my organisation and the travel agent. No tie-ups with Quality Inn Shravanti, Blore

I had no choice but to book this hotel because of its proximity to my work place but I was deeply disappointed with my stay even though it was just for one night. To start with, I was made to wait for 45 minutes before they checked me in and this despite me calling them and letting them know that I would be arriving around the check-in time which was 12 noon. But more importantly, they allotted me a regular room when I had clearly booked a Premier Club Room. It took me some persuasion and arguing to get the room that I had paid for :-( The front desk staff really were at a loss and had no clue what they were doing. As far the facilities of the hotel go, the premier club room was quite decent and spacious enough. However, the broadband was a complete disaster and I could get connectivity only 2 hours before my check out time the next day :-( :(- While the quality and variety of food served during breakfast is fine the service in the restaurant too needs improvement. I had to wait for almost 10 ten minutes to get water :( The one big positive of this Hotel is its location. It is in a very clean and green area, It is located just next to the JP Nagar Mini Forest area. There is a beautiful Sai Baba temple just diagonally opposite the Hotel. It is also located within walkable distance of many shopping centers and restaurants. Given my experience this time as well my wife's experience in her previous stay, I guess it would be very difficult for us to come back to this property unless the quality of service improves substantially!!! One of the Worst stay ever experienced. The room booked was a single king size bed, but allotted room was 2 tiny beds which I was supposed to sleep entire night in attention position. The sofa kept in the room was soaked already with water dripping from top, which I couldnt use. The floor was damaged, soaked, peeled off some places due to some water leaks. No WiFi connectivity. Very poor connectivity, no point of choose this place for a business travel. The wardrobe were totally struck I cant use them just to hang my dresses. A VERY HORRIBLE AND ANNOYING EXPERIENCE ONE SHOULD EVER HAD!!!!!! STRONGLY NOT RECOMMENDED!!!!!! NOT EVEN WORTH FOR A PENNY!

The hotel has very good location in calm area, rooms are good , good furniture and design, good thing is nice sunlight comes in room at morning. In spite of all I would not recommend the place. Staff is not so good. You don't need people who salute you but people who help you. They lack basic skills to make customer comfortable. I had to call staff for four times in span of two hours to get drinking water. Food quality provided at breakfast is poor. Poha provided wa having smell of old grains, there was tiny at stone in my serving of poha!
