One of the best hotel in Bangalore. I had few issues initially but Mr. Divyansh Kumar changed my experience 180 degree! He is really professional person and deserve to be in higher position as I feel his skills and attitude can retain hotel customers and Because of him I will keep booking the same hotel in future.

This hotel will give you a very good & pleasant experience if you know your limits and exhibit a well mannered & civilized behaviour!! On the technology front, well you get more bang for the buck, it's well equipped, aesthetically well planned too.

The restaurant staff- Alice,Smita,Balram,Asnoor,Vishwajit are very proactive and helpful. The food quality is excellent. We highly recommend their 'Tulsi Murgh Tikka' and 'Veg Hakka Noodles'. Even the reception staff is friendly. The room service is prompt as well. The room layout has scope for improvement especially the washroom. With the extra bed the room becomes extremely crammed.

Good employees. Good room. Couldve done better with a closed wardrobe. Nice breakfast. Respectful staff. Good location. And good deal through Yatra. Rooms were clean and tidy. Felt confident to stay during covid times due to sanitizers present everywhere.

Situated just off MG road and just opp. the famous Halsoor Gurudwara, this hotel is nice option for travellers as it reasonably priced compared to its pricey neighbors I.e. Vivanta by Taj, Hyatt and Conrad. We had gone for a one nite stay. The check in was fast. I had used the SPA and got a nice body massage. The room was spacious and comfortable. And the room service was also good. However, the food was a little disappointing when it came to both dinner and breakfast. Otherwise, it is a great option to stay if u want to live near MG road.
