We wanted to take a shower in the evening. It was cold water. We called the front desk and told them to warm the water. They said that they would call back. They never called back. We confronted them in the morning but they acted as if we were demanding too much. As we left in the morning, we asked them to clean the room...we came back at 12 pm and that is when we realised that no one cleaned the room. We had to wait for them to change out bedsheets for us to sleep. This hotel is a complete rip off. It is not worth the value of the money you pay. Lastly, I wanted to use the phone, they gave me instructions as to how to use the phone. It never worked. I called the front desk to ask them to help me out. He said he'd call back in a few minutes. Of course he never called. I talked to them again in the morning, they told me actually the phone was broken.Why not tell me then at the right time? They never repaired the phone. Breakfast was good, but I felt cheated. I still feel that this was the worst rip-off I have ever experience.

We were family of 5 who planned for a day outing here. Good place and kids had lot of fun. Luckily it was less crowded that day so I guess we pretty much had the place to ourselves. Not sure how this would be if it was crowded. Pool had restrictions with dress code but they did not have enough swim wear even if we wanted to buy. Food was good. They can stop collecting money for trampoline separately. It was a spoiler. Otherwise pretty good time pass.

last week I was there in connection with business seminar for our clients, following are the observations: a) a bit too far from the airport n city centre b) old property c) upkeeping not good d) room service not great, housekeeping staff took a lot of time e) they've got birds who bite too, one of our client suffered because of bird bite f) on 2nd sept/friday morning there was a snake inside the premises g) food: not good. too spicy and not tasted great h) their free wifi doesnt work most of the times

We were group of 10 friends had gtg with the package including stay and indoor / outdoor games and 3 times buffet. We ordered cake too for the celebrations :) Awesome 2 Pools in the resort with 4ft one and gradually deeper another. Restaurant food quality is good but not great. Ample parking space inside the campus. The property is bit old but maintained well except the lift :)

I stayed here a few times. It is not too bad to stay for a few nights here. The room is clean enough although the shower is not really great. In terms of the noise, you will often here people talking loud and clear in the aisle and you can even hear their fart in the room. The restaurant is ok for low appetite people.

Firstly I screwed it up by booking this place and spoilt an otherwise could have been better weekend! They had got booked for a large company employees meeting. Literally no attention to the staying guest! Right from the entrance at gate, the security shooed us away to park up car outside the hotel area. I refused and went inside and found at least 4-5 free spaces!! Then why? No valet, No one to assist with baggages... Front office took some time to confirm my reservation, but gave a decent room finally. After settling in the room. We came down for lunch only buffet was available, but it was more like having special thali lunch at some sagar hotel in Bangalore, not good. The entire hotel's focus was on the othe company party lunch, so the staying guest just have eat what ever was managed at Kitchen, mostly empty buffet line ups, have to ask for and wait, including the plates. Reaching room service takes lot of luck and again keep calling to let them know you exist, before you get what you asked for! The pool was closed even for guests till evening as they didn't want the company employees to jump in, fair point and control, but why should staying guests who came for a weekend getaway face the trouble. Anyways later in evening they opened the pool for us, was good!. In the night the bar was empty with no one to attend to guests. After asking at the front office and reminding twice, one person came for rescue and helped me cool down!! Cut to morning - breakfast was just average! Post that we played in the garden and even used the mini-golf, gym and foot ball! Was good!!! And then we packed and left back to home! I feel the hotel is like a old monument, somehow trying to run and make business! Actually a great property! but not cared much for! Management - while you may provide (or choose not to) a response to my this review, please think about how if it all you want, to get the hotel cleaned up, in all as aspects, literally too, Like why don't we start by that 100's of cigarette buds in the first floor sit out area facing the pool! Also do something for the poor ailing Emu bird in the garden with a broken leg! Good luck!
