Worst hospitality n behavior u can expect in ur life. I went with my family to experience such a horrible n rude behavior after a long journey from guwahati...
Also the manager was charging Rs 500 extra for checking in one hour early to which we said yes. Then they ordered us to pay the full hotel rent on checking in to which I objected.. Simply Horrible.
This hotel is not a place where families should stay. I had horrible experience when we, four members of our family--we ,two brothers and our wives , all senior citizens stayed in this property. The scene at night was terrible when the care-taker was seen fighting with a guest and all of them created a scene at about 2Am in the morning. So we decided not to visit the hotel again ,though it was booked for one more day when we were to return from our Mysuru visit.
First of all, it was difficult to find out from the address, neither did I receive call from OYO people regarding booking and address or contact number for this RB hospitality. Initially, I landed up one OYO room in the same locality. :)
Reached this place for I have some personal work for 1 day. I booked this via online and got it at a very good price(554/-). While booking, informed the OYO rooms people that I will be checking in early around 9am and check out around 6pm on the same day and assured no extra check-in charges. However, I was denied check-in initially without extra pay for early check-in and after a couple of calls to booking site and OYO customer care, I was assured that post 10am, I can check in without extra charges subject to availability . Before 10am, I got the answer from the receptionist guy that room is available and cleaning is needed, however after 10, I got the reply that people will start checking out around 11am and I will be allowed checking in around 12 pm :(. Soon, the manager of the RB hospitality joined and the way he was talking was too rude and somehow I felt that he needs some training on customer relations. However, he was a strict professional and beware of this fellow while dealing :). I checked-in around 11:30am finally.
Coming to the room - It was a tired looking room that was asking badly for renovation. It was spacious, enough area to walk, bed was properly arranged. Bed sheet was clean, but pillow sheet were dirty, towels torn and not clean. AC was working fine, TV had very less number of free national channels. Wi-Fi was working excellent, newspaper available. Toilet was average with basic amenities. Main door was not closing properly when I went out for my work, lack of security here :( :(. I didn't stay for the next day to try out the breakfast. But, I guessed out how it could have been !
Overall - good for solo male person for a short stay that is it. Do not expect much as you get as per the price you have paid.The staff need training on hospitality.
The Place is So Stupid, It Doesn't Look like the Photos. Too old and Smells Old....
That Receptionist Girl, she is so hostile. If we book through any apps , they don't Serve us well.
they would with hold our ID card ( Passport in Reception) until we check out.
I used OYO rooms to book but their formalities are different to the standard style.
i had to call the OYO relationship manager in order to sort out, If we don't have Influence you are SCREWED.
PS: I didnt even stay at this hotel, but the service I experienced as soon as I entered was so pathetic, that I decided that I had to go somewhere else. The manager is very very rude and has no idea about hospitality.
