I had booked at Hotel Roxel Inn at 7th Cross Domlur. But the owner, surprised me by telling that the room is not available and posted me to a residential appartment in Diamond District. It was a typical indian 3BHK, where out of 3 rooms, 1 room was allocated to me. The room was clean and had basic amenities, such as TV, AC & Wifi. But the biggest surprise was it did not have an attached washroom and it was outside the room, which I firmly believed was shared with 2 more guests placed in other 2 rooms. One more disappointment the owner was not tech savy at all; inspite of my payment done online at Oyo, and oyo confirming the email has been sent to the owner, it took almost an hour to remove the confusion, just because owner did not wanted to check her email inbox.

I stayed here for almost 2 weeks in a single sharing flat. it is located in society. They will provide Complimentary breakfast for lunch and dinner you have to pay from your pocket. Swimming pool and other facilities are not for the guest and only resident can use it. Washrooms and rooms are very neat and clean.

The place is very good as in the society and surrounding. Rooms were tidy and flats was spacious with all basic amenities. Only important thing missing was Microwave in the kitchen :). They had seperate charges for everything like clothes cleaning, tea etc. But still overall experience was good. The price was decent but everything is accepted once you enter the DIamond District. Negative: you cant use amenities or at some charge which should have been provided in coupons to the guests which they get. Bad because the reason for not getting coupon was they give it to only foreign clients. This was really ridiculous.

These apartments are not suitable for Europeans who are used to clean homes. While it may be furnished reasonably OK the kitchens and bathrooms are not to our standards, in fact, they are filthy. If you want clean, stay in a hotel. Rita. Bracknell, England.

I checked in at night and was alloted a room with no keys to almirah or main,i could not leave the room and could notlockit from inside. Next morning, Early at 8 am attendent boy comes and ask me to shift to apartment in other bulding because this 3bhk (in which i was staying) has been allocated to a suden booking customer. The owner,a rude,mannerless and arrogant lady named Fernades,calss like mad ,some 10 times in 30 min and made us change the room without even getting fresh, The new room was very small and messy aynd was not worth satying. Crap,my whole morning was ruined and around 2-3 good hours were wasted.Moreover, the attitude of owners suck big time.Dont opt for this fu*kin roxill inn
