We had a decent stay in this property. The room was well maintained. Even the food was delicious. But the room service were slack, they delayed a lot. Altogether a bit above average property.

Don't expect food to be delivered in stipulated time frame. I ordered food at 0945 pm in the night with a delivery promise of 30 minutes. But surprisingly it came at 1110 pm in the night. Really ridiculous service . When contacted reception guys told it takes time to cook food. I wonder do they take 1.5 hours to do so ?? I have stayed in many hotels across Pan India but never found such a service apartments with very poor horrible experience. Advice to people is go n have food in the restaurant or from outside. Don't expect a smooth quick room service....

We stayed in a 3 bedroom suite on the fourth floor and there is an elevator. Two of the bedrooms had updated bathrooms while the common area bathroom was in need of renovation and updating. 2 water bottles are provided each guest. The in room safe in my bedroom did not work. The beds were clean, mattresses comfortable, but the floors were dusty and gritty. We had to request additional towels and the staff was very accommodating. There was no refrigerator in the room, hot plate, or sink in the common area. Wifi is provided. We decided to move to another location because there are no services within walking distance of this hotel- no restaurants, convenience stores, or public transportation and we were planning to stay a week. They do have a menu for room service, but we did not feel comfortable ordering from it.

Was in the city for a night due to transit with my family. After a bad experience with our initial booking at the Elite Service Apartments, we checked in here. The place was clean, the staff very attentive. Although the kitchen was empty due to renovation but we reached there late and left early next morning so we didn't care too much. We were happy to have a clean place to stay the night.

I stayed a few years back and then again in the month on March, 2016. It was a very comfortable stay. It's located on the Hennur ring Road so it's not too far from where I wanted to go (MG Road, Whitefield, Manyata Tech Park, Airport, etc). The people here are very friendly and it hardly seems like a serviced apartment. The only issue I faced was that the reception was not reachable by phone a couple of times. I will recommend this place.

This place seems to have got a facelift recently, it was shut down for around 5 years but now is completely functional and they seem to be doing a good job. Rooms are big and luxurious and staff is pretty responsive. Internet seems to be fluctuating but wi-fi is anyway free. Would suggest this place to people who are flying in and out of Bangalore for Business or Holiday.
