This is my first stay at Four Points and I must say that I am thoroughly impressed with both the ambience and services. The room is maintained neat and clean and the food is also very good. I have to mention one staff in particular, Mr Samrat Dutta, who helped me a lot during a medical emergency I had during my stay. He was extremely helpful and I can't thank him enough for his help. I was very impressed with his personal touch and service. Overall it was a very pleasant experience for me and I would choose Four Points for all my future visits to Bengaluru.

Staff are polite, professional and courteous. Facilities and furnishing and up to the mark. Good breakfast spread. I've had no problems during my stays here. In case you don't like the food at the hotel, there are quite a few choices around within walking distance. Ideal for people visiting / working in the Whitefield (ITPL) area.

I have been staying in Four Points regularly for the past six months now. The service is really good and the staffs are very courteous. Initially I use to enjoy the stay there but after Marriot took over things have gone really bad. 1. They no longer keep supplies like Dental kit, shaving kit, vanity kit etc. readily available in the room when you check in. When queried they updated me that its a policy decision as per Marriot. Now every time you need to call get the supplies. Even basic things like Shower cap you need to call & make a request. 2. No longer you het 2 towels. They provide you with only one (i.e.) bath towel & hand towel. You need to followup on that. 3. Earlier they used to have standard breakfast menu along with live counter where you can have Indian food like Dosa, Poori etc. Now they have an cyclic menu which changes daily and they provide you stuff like multigrain Idli, Pongal etc. stuff you cant eat trust me. No longer you get Baaji for Poori probably a policy decision of Marriot. They have changed their chef which compounds the problem more. 4. Their drop facility is very bad. They have limited number of vehicles hence you need to wait for long time to reach office. Word of advice if you have an urgent meeting don't count on them make alternate arrangements. 5. Their airconditioning is not upto the mark. The blanket they provide is good if you are staying in Siberia as it is so thick but for Bangalore if you use it you will start sweating & AC is also poor so it becomes really unpleasant at times. On the supplies I had requested a standard instruction to be put across since I stay there often but it has not been taken care so far. Things were nice when they were part of SPG. Post Marriot take over they are really sliding down. As said earlier their only selling point is courteous staffs who really friendly and helpful.

From the moment I walked in, I was greeted and received warmly by the front desk- Ritu. A Ran through the check-in procedure which was seamless and assigned my room. The rooms are cozy and very neat. I must say, I have not seen a hotel room maintained so well every single day like here at Four points. Response time when you request for assistance is very fast as well. The food is amazing as well. The staff at the eatery are full of heart and make you feel right at home -Aruna. Any meal that I didn't understand or wasn't familiar with she'd enlighten me on it and even suggest a suitable meal. Overall, I'd recommend Four Point by Sheraton any day to anyone as a place of choice because of the amazing staff who are full of life and treat you warmly. From an engaging staff at the lobby to all round courteous staff at the eatery and rooms. Thumbs

We loved our stay at Four Points Sheraton. The breakfast is amazing, the gym was fantastic, the service and attention to detail was superb. I can't say enough about the staff, they were always available to help in any way we needed. Thank you!
