I had a very pleasant stay at Splendid World Hotel. The rooms are clean, spacious, well designed, have an aesthetic appeal with all white and have all the comforts. It has a large lcd tv, a mini fridge, a separate working table, comfortable bed and a nice private sit out.The bathroom is pretty good with a separate shower cube and a large bath tub. The complimentary breakfast was good as well. I have already booked for my next stay and would recommend it to other travelers.

I was very positively surprised by the hotel. I really liked it, ambience was excellent , very well equipped and comfortable. Room service was fast and food was very good, though break fast menu was very limited. Parking is a problem. Front office was very helpful

Room was beautiful and well organised with modern amenities.Leaving out minor issues with curtains, it was a very satisfying stay.

Overall a bad experience. location was quite hard to find parking. The room service was horrible, the bath did not work and folks on the street could see while you are in the shower. Wifi would not work for all the time that I was there.

It was my second visit to the same hotel i was totally disappointed by the service provided by them...totally disturbing and irritating staff. They knock the doors often and it was so irritating and the service was so poor they charge 6500 for a night and is useless.. Better to check in to some start hotel instead of wasting money here. I would never visit this place again for sure.

The above phrase suits best to this hotel. On every travel site you will find all white pictures of the rooms which will look super amazing at first. Its when you walk into this hotel and start noticing the details, all the grandness falls flat on its face. Let me talk about the pros of this place, its a boutique hotel and right on the main road of IndiraNagar, this place is well connected to almost all the places in Bangalore. The size of the room is tooooo big and so is the washroom. The owner of the place is a very polite and courteous person, but I won't say the same for the rest of the staff. Talking about cons: yes the rooms are huge and all white. But when you take a closer look you will find the upholstery is ripping open, ACs either drip or make lots of noise, washrooms are not very clean and the bath fittings are almost catching rust. I stayed here for 2 nights 3 days, on day 2 i had to leave at 6 am in the morning for Tumkur and the main door of the hotel was locked. There was no security guard on the door to open it and the receptionist was sleeping on the lobby couch. To wake him up and open the door, I first called him at higher pitch each time for 5 minutes which didn't work. ultimately I had to shake him, to wake him up, to which he first mumbled something and went of to sleep again and the woke up after 3 - 4 attempts. Room service used to take ages to respond to anything at all. On 2nd day when I walked in the evening they had not even changed the towels in the washroom. There was almost nothing available on the breakfast, i ordered for eggs and toast which took half an hour to be served. Honestly, I won't recommend this hotel to anyone.

This hotel has the worst service. First, the AC doesn't work, next the shower doesn't. They promise free internet and it doesn't work either. The manager is very rude and doesn't know how to handle these situations. Later we found the hotel was bed-bug infested. It was the worst decision to stay at this hotel.. Please don't stay here!!

A hotel that is named Splendid has to do a lot to live upto its name . In this case the rooms definitely are good and well maintained . Its in the food department that the hotel falls a bit flat. A simple soup took about 40 minutes to arrive from room service and I was told that this was "standard" time period. Thinking that this was because of my late arrival hours (10 pm), I left it but next night dinner was something similar - 40 minutes seems to be the norm for room service ! Otherwise a comfortable stay and a hotel name that almost lives up to its name but ......
