I liked the Hotel very much. It was very neat and clean. The Hotel arranged for the complimentary pick-up from the Airport. The breakfast offered by the Hotel was really nice.

Very friendly and hospitable staff. Allowed me a late check outat 5.00 pm which was reallly appreciated by me. helped me with a cab also. All in all, recommend for a friendly ambience, efficient service for business traveller .

Confirmed rooms not allocated Either hot or cold water in the bath. Lukewarm water unavailable on both days of my stay. The first day water was hot enough to burn through the next day it was very cold. Breakfast 0730-0930 am only(strict) Food quality is below par. No towels water bottles stacked in the room. One has to constantly ask hotel staff to bring in the necessities Most of the staff has no uniforms, it's unclear who is employee and who isn't. Either refrigerator or Ac not working. If complaint is made, staff requests, "Sir, please adjust" Awful experience.

Avoid this hotel at all costs! They are highly unprofessional and are out to grab your money. When we arrived itself the person at the front desk said that no such booking had been made through Ibibo when pursued further he said such incidents happen many a time and he said that for us to stay we would have to pay the hotel charges once again! Since we arrived at 6 am there was no way to contact the customer care so we duly agreed to stay in the lobby till the lines opened. Once I got through to the customer care he very efficiently solved the situation, but what left a bad taste in the mouth was that the hotel manager said the reason he declined us a room was that we did not produce any hard copy of the hotel coupon which was an absolute lie. At no point of time did the hotel manager or the front desk receptionist ask for a hard copy. after the whole situation was solved we were taken to our rooms which were ok at best. There were no toiletries or towels as promised and when we asked about the complimentary breakfast the hotel staff said that the food was unavailable! What was very apparent that the hotel staff and management were only after money and had no inclination towards service at all. I do not recommend this hotel to anyone! please avoid it at all costs!

We had to move out of our home for a day due to some major plumbing fault, and this hotel was not very far from our home. It was just an overnight stay. The hotel was comfortable. We could not really experience much except sleeping there for the night and morning breakfast. But was nice.

We visit sri harsha residency every month for a business purpose. The property is nice and clean, the food is amazing, worth paying, rooms are good and clean, the service has been improved. It is amazing just to be there! Great to visit...!

Short one night trip to Bangalore on work . Location suited me because my work was only 10 minutes drive so chose this hotel. The good thing about the hotel was the food. Simple but good. Rooms are ok quite basic . Not close to the airport that was the only issue.
