Stayed here for 3 days. Nice, quite place, comfortable stay. Staff is fairly courteous & helpful. Unfortunately, has no kitchen to serve dinner late in teh night. You will have to order from some nearby places for that.

It is like staying in your own home. Do not expect luxuries like in a hotel. It has everything that a home needs. The linen and house keeping are adequate. All the necessities like a well equipped kitchen, geysers in the bathrooms and a large living cum dining area are there which makes it convenient for families with children and elderly. The service is good and they respond to all requests. Though it is centrally located identifying the property is little difficult unless one is slightly familiar with the city. There are many restaurants and shopping within walking distance. I stayed there with elderly persons and we found it very convenient and comfortable for the price we paid. The manager was very responsive and clarified all our queries when ever we called either at the time of reservation or subsequently.

Stayed last week for 4 nights in Executive Room. Business trip. Very large and airy Room with good decor. Fresh linen, happy with housekeeping services, since I have a fetish for cleanliness. Used the Gym has all the basics like multi - station gym, elliptical trainer and treadmill. Very good breakfast. Used their Office for printing official documents and my air ticket. Housekeeping Boys and Supervisory Staff very cooperative and helpful. Located in heart of the City easy access to all parts of Bangalore. Will strongly recommend to all business travelers.

Recently stayed with my husband and 2 kids in a 2 Bedroom Apartment for 2 weeks. Spacious apartment, nice decor; very large clean rooms, and since just off the Main Road, central quiet location. All rooms had nice balconies for sitting outside. Kitchen well equipped. Washing Machine and Dryer functional. Very quiet neighborhood. Polite and helpful staff. Buffet breakfast was excellent. I recommend this property for travelers particularly those with families. It is walking distance to shopping Malls and Multiplex Cinemas.

This was a company (MNC giant) arranged stay for a month. I wonder how they treat individual customers. The staff here is extremely arrogant and always in denial during complaints, each time saying things like We cant do anything, Not our fault, You can complaint if you want, Your company houses others here too, so why are you making a big issue. Some of the incidents 1. Room unlocked using spare key in my absence and left like that for hours. I returned from office in the evening to see that the door was unlocked. Upon complaining the staff was unbelievably callous about it, and arrogant enough to tell me I am making an issue out of nothing. 2. Unlocking and entering the room using spare keys while I was still inside. I was sleeping on a Saturday in my room, and suddenly a housekeeping staff used a different key to unlock the room, and upon questioning he said it was for cleaning the room even though he had absolutely nothing to show that he truly came for that purpose. 3. My clothes taken out from the washing machine and kept on a dusty rack. Upon complaining, the guy who did it was not even willing to accept that it was a mistake. 4. Doormat placed on my luggage/backpack/other belongings. Twice. 5. Dirty bedsheets and comforter with several red spots. One day the linen was so disgustingly dirty that I had to get it changed twice. Upon asking, the housekeeping staff said that his supervisor asked him to hide it on the inside and not bother about changing it. 6. My laundry returned with shoe prints on it. My white vest was returned to me with dirty prints looking like that of a shoe sole! Upon complaining, the housekeeping guy says its not his fault so I shouldnt tell him anything. Upon asking to connect to the manager, he denied and sent a slightly older housekeeping staff. This guy had the audacity to tell me it was just some marks and it could be cleaned again. I asked for compensation for damage to my garment and he laughed. At this I told him that Ill complain to my company authorities about it, and narrate my ordeal at which he said that my company houses a lot of employees at Sterling, so this incident wasnt going to affect much. I was speechless and I gave up. This is after discounting the small things like occasional unavailability of drinking water, plates/bowls, no room service/laundry on Sundays, the fridge and the TV that was never repaired after multiple requests over 3 weeks.
