I had a shocking poor experience wid Belair. I decided to book a double room but when we arrived there the reception person guided us to totally different building (which looked like a lodge) saying that our booking is for the main building but for the other building. After long series of arguments the manager charged us additional money ( as much as I had paid while online booking)to give us a room in the main hotel which was originally promised in the photograps and description. A pethatic and painful experience. After that we didn't like a bit of our stay there.

Its a most pathetic hotel i have ever visited in my whole life. I had booked this hotel through makemytrip. In pictures they had shown very good condition but in fact all are fake. I was alloted room no 101. Its was filled with dampness. Foul smell. Pillows towels were stained. I left the hotel in one day only where as my booking was for 2 days. And the response from makemytrip was even worse. My advice is stay out of this hotel.

Except that it is located in good neighborhood of marathahully, it has no cons of being a good hotel.The bedroom is ok,bathroom is no good. All broken down. The internet also do not support window 8.1. Morning free buffet breakfast they call it. One local food + bread you get. No other food timing is there. Though there is one Punjabi thali next door which is ok. Some eateries are there nearby, so it will not take the toll u are in this hotel There is no pickup from airport also. Taxi you will have to take from there directly, but taxi drivers of airports are good.

I have a lot of unpleasant experience with this hotel. 1) When I arrived, the Club Room was not ready and my family was put in two rooms. Remember, I booked the room four months ago. 2) The phone in one room was not working. They kept us waiting for an hour. When they failed, finally they shifted us to another room. 3) On one night, we ordered Mushroom Masala. It was terrible. They offered very low quality mushrooms. I brought this to the attention of room service and management, but no action was taken. The food was left unused and the GM was aware of it. 4) Hardly any guests were present at the hotel. It looked like a ghost house to us. Rooms were unused for months and stinking bad. 5) They did not provide menu cards at hotel rooms, saying 70% of food items are not available. 6) On one night, they did not switch on the AC from their side and caused a lot of problems to us. I raised the alarm at 3 AM and following the uproar, the GM woke up and made sure to switch on the AC. It was a horrible night and we lost our sleep. 7) The management neither bothered to tender a personal apology nor offered any compensation as a goodwill gesture. If you book this hotel, do it at your own risk. You never know what is going to happen to you.

Not a place with value for money spent. I paid advance for executive room but the facilities in the room were not as per the category. Being a new property it needs to be managed by trained staff. The bathrooms and provision of hot water were main irritants.

Worst experience stay and we did for 3 days before moved to New hotel. No hot water No A/C No refrigerator Plugs not broken but this one maintance fixed it No towels Bathroom was not clean Breakfast was really very bad We have stayed on this hotel so many times before but now would never suggest this hotel to anyone now.
