We were visiting this Hotel for 2nd time this year as our first visit was very good but this time we were disappointed with the service provided by the Hotel. Housekeeping service was very slow and staff was not responding to guest requests on time. Some of the TV channels were not working.Room slippers were not provided and had to request repeatedly to Reception and Duty Manager Poonam to get them. Same applies to Fruit basket and cookies.Overall it was very horrible service.

We had booked 2 rooms on the website. We arrived at the hotel at around 8 pm and requested for our rooms to be allotted. The lady at the reception was indifferent and casual and said that we had only one room as booking. I produced the confirmation voucher stating that 2 rooms were confirmed and had been paid for. The lady very coldly said that we should check with the website and call them; the hotel could give only one room. I asked them for another room which we could pay for upon which she said that they were totally sold out. Only when my colleague suggested to them that we will inform the consumer forum did they allot us 2 rooms reluctantly. The attitude and approach was very unprofessional and callous. I was disappointed with this attitude as I had heard a lot about the hotel, and was expecting a top class treatment. The rooms were unkempt. Overall the hotel appeared detached from hospitality. This hotel has good location just on the outskirts for Bangalore for a weekend get away. All Rooms are pool facing and a nice sit out. Bathrooms were clean but now little old and worn out. Small 21 inch CRT TV did not justify its being in the hotel in this era of LCD/plasma/LED TVs. Buffet Dinner which we had was priced a bit on the higher side and menu on offer did not justify the price, it looks to be tailored to those who have taken an all inclusive plan. The Gardens, atmosphere calmness, pool site is the highlight along with a stupendous Spa Facility Should atleast stay for 2nights.

Demo Trip If you are planning to spend a lot of time in the pool, ask for rooms closer to the pool. They also have Suites for Honeymooners.
