I was in Bangalore on a work trip recently, and stayed here for 3 days. I was sorely disappointed. I knew it was a business hotel, and was not expecting luxury, but this was a whole other deal. The rooms are tiny and cramped - they don't even have a proper desk in the room to work at. The water pressure in the shower was ridiculously high. The sink would make strange noises for five minutes after you turn the tap off, as the water drains. On the second day, the phone in the room stopped working (Although, to be fair, the hotel staff came up and fixed it as soon as I complained). The most puzzling thing - the TV is on a shelf so high up that you have to crane your neck to watch. The food was a mixed bag - I ordered some chicken quesidillas, steamed basa, and tomato soup for room service, all of which were quite good. But the scrambled eggs I ordered for breakfast were soggy, and the waffles looked and tasted like cake. Overall, my experience was definitely not what I would expect from a Hyatt hotel.
