this hotel has a lovely balcony and is very British in its look and feel. An awesome getaway from the hustle and bustle of city life. Oberoi service is exemplary as always. location on MG road is super convenient for everything you want to do. This is a great place to stay. I loved it!

We really loved our stay at the Oberoi - Bangalore. The room was a beauty for the price, Sony flat screen, Schneider flat panel light switches/sockets, walk-in wardrobe was an unexpected bonus, Ipad control for the lights even a camera on the room door which from the Ipad you can open the door, a large Hafele shower that also had a steaming option, separate bath tub, lovely feather duvet & pillows. Housekeeping was efficient. Bed, I would say for us, as we are tall was a little on the short side, nevertheless was a comfy sleep. Surprised by the wood flooring in the room, nice spot lights in the room, & a really nice feel to the room. Room was spotlessly clean, & great coffee machine, good tea selection. Again, another bonus was the multi-media hub in the draw of the desk. A negative was that when we checked out, the process was very slow & needs improving. Lovely Thai restaurant within the hotel complex, lots of food, enough to share between two, with incredible flavours. Great security on the front gate of hotel, makes the hotel feel very secure. Good overall service of the hotel, & they don't levy a service charge. Hotel encourages all gratuities to be placed in an envelope & presented to the front desk. If any staff member outshines the rest, names are to be put forward to management. VERY VERY GOOD, and a real breath of fresh air. Would recommend this hotel to those travelling to Bangalore.

WRONG VENDOR ID........Since this property is located in Paharganj, it is bit crowed and the water was salty. Rest other things were fine.

"Where even a small detail matters"

It was our first time at this hotel and we have left with very fond memories of this property. Service is at its best and even better. Very good location right in the heart of the city. Very relaxed environment offering wonderful service at every level. All the staff were exceptional, amazing and efficient. Thank you so much to the entire team that you made our stay unforgettable.

If you are looking for a perfect standard of hospitality amongst Indian Hotel Chains, then there cannot be better example than Oberoi Bangalore. Very caring staff! Always my first preference whenever in Bangalore (+) Caring staff Nice cosy rooms Beautiful balconies Located at the heart of city in MG Road Nice lush garden (-) Food lacks variety Should add a trendy pub or brewing station

First time in India. All rooms come with balcony overlooking pool and garden. Great if you are travelling with your spouse and the other party is a non smoker. Room is traditional decor with glass wall dividing bathroom making the room look bigger. Check in was a breeze in the room. Soap, shampoo and body wash was of high quality. Very good amenities provided. Only ordinary is that breakfast is 90% India food. Would appreciate if there were more western or other food as was having lunch and dinner business Indian food.

I always stay at the Taj West End or itc Gardenia. This time I decided to stay here for a change. I am still in the Hotel and I check out tomorrow I am a seasoned traveler and I have stayed in some of the best hotels in the world. But this one is in a different league altogether! The staff courtesy, the room layout and the service is just outstanding. I particularly liked the fact that the Butler service was impeccable and so is the housekeeping and the in room dining staff. The food quality, only the Indian cuisine can get better though. However, must stay place! Strongly recommended. Thank you staff!
