I stayed this hotel for my official visit. As per my request they arranged a car form a travels for my official transportation.But they didn't provide the detailed bill from the travels, instead of that they included the transportation charges in the hotel bill in excess of Rs 1200/- of the normal charges of travels as their commission.

While the description and decor of the hotel is at par with those of a four star hotel, my experience has been less than delightful. They honored my request of providing a twin bed sharing accomodation. The room had a minimalist modern design. However, at the time of booking via agoda I did inform them that I will be doing a late checkin. But somehow the hotel sent a mail to the website stating a cancellation on behalf of the guest, which I didnt do. Once that problem was sorted and we arrived in the hotel, all the formalities were done smoothly. But the service is quite slow. Then, in the morning, I wake up to find no water in bathroom. For a for star hotel, that was definitely not expected at all.

We wanted to try a new hotel and dropped in here for dinner with family of 4. Though the hotel looks very posh from outside, it is very economically priced for food. We were vegetarians and ordered veg clear soup, french fries, veg ball manchurian, Butter roti, Kulcha, Panneer saagwala, one more special rice. All tasted good. You can try this hotel for a change. A good highway hotel.

you may have to sty here if you are on a business visit, with work in the Yelahanka area.. even then , its best avoided.. the service is poor, the food is bad and maintenance is bad. It offers free wi fi, lot of free car parking are plus. plus you get breakfast and dinner are free..

Enjoyed our stay at Sai Leela Hotel for 1 week. The breakfast was nice, and the room was large and well-appointed. Staff was helpful. The pool area was small but adequate. There was a small problem with the A/C unit leaking after running for so many hours, but once turned off and on again it seemed to be okay.

budget hotel, best for a quick stopover in Bengaluru. Front office staff is helpful and friendly. If you do not like the hotel food , many restaurants are down the place. Rooms are clean.all in all a comfortable stay
