Hotel is situated in a very good location. Breakfast was unlimited and good. Buffet Dinner was given where they serve what you want. Idli, Vada, Sambhar, Jeera Rice were the best. Rooms were neat too.

Good accommodation though high on price side, Restaurant is good but poor service Good accommodation though high on price side, Restaurant is good but poor service

Booked the room for business guest in advance and check in was easy. The room is neat & clean. Toilets are clean. A/c was working but there was a foul smell which was quickly addressed. There is a restaurant below which serves North/South indian dishes as well as Chinese. The food quality is good. The table space is cramped up and you cannot have food with comfort. When we requested to change the table, the main person who takes order refused. Room rate looks slightly high for the location but food price is reasonable. There is no parking space for the visitors. I am not sure if they have valet parking as no one offered me. Needs to improve the quality of room service. Else good for business trips

A la carte veggies A la carte veggies

We were in a mood for a-la-carte meal & since it was Republic Day, we thought we could drive down to the Royal Treat at UD Residency. Nice place, cozy & yet comfy & also I believe the restaurant serves vegetarian Chinese, south Indian & north Indian cuisine. Ok, having said that, we began the meal with Dal-Palak Shorba. Wonderful, I must say, as this lentil-spinach combo is nutritive & nice to start off the meal. Coming to the starters, we thought we could skip the usual tikka & kebabs & so we tried the Thai herb chilli baby corn. My co-diner felt that this Indo-Chinese dish is crisp & became ideal to munch as we conversed. Then the staff recommended we try Indian breads with corn capsicum masala, this mildly spiced dish is a good option or else we always end up with some paneer stuff. We also gave vegetable jalfrezi a try. The vegetables enhanced the flavor, my co-diner commented. As we were half way through our meal, several families dropped in & settled down a thali. The Royal Treat serves a north and south Indian thali. Finally when it came to desserts, we realized that its been ages since weve eaten basundi. From what I remember it is flaky & slightly heavier than rasmalai. But we were in for a surprise when we got a slightly thick & fully done version of basundi. When we sampled it, we knew it was different, somewhat thick & believe me, we simply loved it, & then of course, the regular chocolate-fudge ice cream .simply adorable. Kavitha

Stayed here in the month of Sep 2014. We had booked this serviced apartment for my wedding guests and family members. All of us had a great time. Service is prompt and staff are very understanding and welcoming. Location is very good and pricing is affordable as well. Food wise I did not try anything here so cannot comment. We had booked out around 8 rooms here.

Ample choices and utmost hospitality! Ample choices and utmost hospitality!

Must say this is one of the best restaurants, I've been to! Any hotel which does not have good service and setting right expectations stand up on my list. * This hotel had great service and set right time expectations and stood upto it. * Ample choices of food is served and the menu itself goes upto 5 -6 pages back to back. * Spoilt for choices for food and service was at highest levels. * Great ambiance and true delicacy in food's taste. We had been for a birthday party of my friend and they were so hospitable to find out and wished him which was really a hospitable experience. All I say is a truely commendable experience to be at the hotel!

I have stayed alone for entire month at this hotel, had homely experience with all staffs. Now my friends are also staying in the same hotel quite often. Good food, comfortable room. Away from the noisy main roads, though situated in the centre of the city.Enjoyed South Indian dishes..wonderful food. More than worth the money.
