The stay was wonderful in this hotel. Room was decent & well maintained. Staffs are courteous and helpful. The breakfast was very good in taste in the restaurant.

It was a horrible experience with this hotel. Room was dirty not cleaned properly. Staff are pathetic in their service. I did not had my breakfast in the restaurant. It was a horrible experience with this hotel.

This is a new constructed hotel. Nice lobby and good breakfast was served in their restaurant,. The tariff was also reasonable and was a budget option. Few toiletries were also given like soap, comb, shower gel and shampoo which was complimentary. Staff was very friendly and they came on time for the required things like luggage carring etc. Decent stay option we had where we spend 2 days.

Staff are not cooperative, rather are rude. Ask financial assistance with guest with tagline 'give something'. When lift stops no quick maintenance. No lights on stairs when lift not function.Good bye Venus

The only reason we chose this hotel as it was close to a family wedding event. I guess you get what you paid for. We paid Rs. 2200, double occupany. The rooms smells bad, had to get the hotel staff to change the linen. Hot water only works after you call and even then it is intermittent. It is noisy in the hallway and also the city noise is high. The windows are not closed, even though it is an AC room. Book only if it the last resort.

stayed with 20 family members for wedding nearby.had a good experience because of bulk bookings I think.good rooms and very friendly staff.non working restaurant so had to visit nearby market for everything.overall moving great.

I had to book this hotel as I needed 5 rooms to host family members for a function. Inspite of the previous review here I decided totake a chance bcoz the location of the hotel was ideal. I am regeretting that I did not heed to the previous review and rejected this hotel as a choice. It has probably the most unprofessional staff you can ever find. They were trying to demand unrealistic advances from you right from the outset, in spite of me having shelled out 50% of the room charges upfront. The hotel rooms were crap and the previous reviewer covered the highlights. Finally on checkout, had a nightmarish experience, they were trying to gouge for additional days inspite on my clear indication that I needed the room for only 1 day. After threatening them not to pay the reminder and a conversation with supposedly one of the hotel owner on the phone they heeded, I spent over Rs10,000 for 1 day stay for a real poor hotel and bad service. Avoid this hotel at all costs!
