I visited Taj by Vivanta, Whitefield with my team for the buffet. They do have varieties but the taste and the quality of the food were not up to the mark. I had vegetarian food only and most of the dishes were bland and tasteless but the people who were having non-veg, told that veg was far better than the non-veg. The location of the hotel is very much accessible from the city and good for business meetings and accommodation for the clients since it is located just beside the ITPL main gate. They have a swimming pool adjacent to buffet area, which looks very nice, neat and clean.

EXTREMELLY impressed with room staff (3rd floor, Sajid & company)! Anticipating guest's wishes, keeping the room spotless and comfortable, cozy and welcoming as if coming home, not a hotel room! Enormous friendliness and professionalism of hotel restaurant staff needs to be mentioned, too (i was having breakfasts and dinners) definitely contributed to overall feeling as a friend rather than just a random hotel guest. And last but not least gym keeper and concierge staff etc., very friendly, professional and welcoming each time, too. To conclude, absolutely professional hotel staff overall, thumbs up for your recruitment & staff training!!

The room was pokey and small, and the restrooms was absolutely horrible for space, secondly why there is no water faucet availability for the commode. Indians are used to water and the percentage of Indian guests are higher. The sleep quality was poor as there was continuous noise coming from the AC switching off and on and also other similar noises that disturbed my sleep even though I changed my room. The check in and Check out experience was delightful. There are certain people who made the stay memorable - Ravi from banquets/conference, Biswas from Housekeeping was a very courteous and affable and most important Ms. Meenakshi from Latitude was a star - She was actually eager and happy to assist the guests, who only kept increasing their wants, yet she smiled through it all.

everything over there was good food with a lot of varsities , service ,room was very good and clean no issues happened during my stay for 14 days at all , I recommend this hotel for any one plan to visit Bangalore .

I booked for a stay between 31st to 1st recently, i was promised several freebies as part of the stay & to my surprise not even 1 was fulfilled, the service quality & support was pathetic & much below of a standard expected from a group like the Taj, people were vary & did not know how to respond to a requirement. I am very disappointed with my stay & feel being let down .
