Weve stayed in Wafi Suites for a few months and would like to highly recommend this service apartment hotel. We occupied a one bedroom apartment including a living room with a big dining table and two sofas, TV and chairs, a spacious bedroom with a huge closet, a kitchenette and a bathroom. The apartment was equipped with all needed appliances, kitchen ware etc. In both rooms there was air conditioning and ventilators. The WiFi was strong and steady and there is a generator that starts working when needed. Our apartment had big windows, so light and air came in. The rooms were kept clean and the furniture is new and pleasant. The service was superb including cleaning at least 3 times a week and more if requested, change of linen and towels as requested, and needed maintenance was quickly taken care of. The neighborhood is nice and quite but also very close to grocery and other stores, many restaurants, banks and to the St Johns Hospital campus. We were welcome by the manager and owner, Mr. Ameen. Mr. Ameen and his stuff were very friendly and pleasant. Mr. Ameen helped us in many ways, to know the area and to solve any difficulty we had or advice we needed. It really was our home away from home, we felt like we were in a protected place that isolated us from the hustle and bustle of Bangalore. Now back home we wanted to share this with people who are looking for a pleasant place to stay while in Bangalore.

Worst place to stay ever Worst place to stay ever

This is by far the worst place I have ever stayed in, the AC has no remote, there is not a single channel subscribed on TV, in the morning while bathing they ran out of hot water, so I had to drag myself to another bathroom in a towel and the room stank of smoke, then they offered breakfast in a place, which was absolutely unhygienic, I have stayed in bad places, but this was by far the worst, so much so that this is my 1st review on tripadvisor

Hotel Overbooked, Online Inventory not updated Hotel Overbooked, Online Inventory not updated

I booked this hotel through Goibibo, but didn't stay there as the hotel was full on the room category I booked. However, an old man (I guess the Owner) offered us the presidential suite for just Rs.500 extra. But I was already extending my planned stay at Bangalore, thus running out of cash. So I felt that's unnecessary and denied. He was humble enough to advice Goibibo to find us a better hotel as a compensation of their mistake and to use the lounge until we get a place to stay. I appreciate that, and also would like to advice them to get the confirmation from online booking agencies like Goibibo, Makemytrip, etc once the hotel is full and also cross check that. Cuz, end of the day it's the guests who are in trouble.

I recently spent 3 days at Wafi suites with a group of 5 friends. The suite they gave us was crawling with lizards and the occasional cockroach and the furniture looked like it hadn't been cleaned in years. The shower area had no separation from the rest of the bathroom and so after one person showers the entire bathroom is full of puddles making it difficult for the next person. In our 3 day stay at the hotel, the staff did not clean or makeup the room even once- I'm not sure if this is policy or negligence on the part of the staff. If that wasn't bad enough, the staff would be asleep by 10pm making it difficult for us to enter the property anytime later than that. Since we were in town for a wedding this was extremely inconvenient. Finally, upon checkout the staff accused us of breaking one of their hideous sofas which had been in that condition since the time of check-in. I agree it was our mistake to not point it out when we first got the room but we didn't expect the owner to start yelling at us and calling us animals either. After paying a fine just to get out of there we swore never to return to Wafi and want to warn everyone else as well. Take your business elsewhere! There are a ton of guest houses in the area and you will regret staying here.

I stayed at Wafi for three days on a vacation+business trip, and my stay was ideal to say the least. The management and the staff are super cordial, gentle, very professional and gracious. The owner Mr. Ameen is a warm, passionate gentleman who takes sincere interest in running the place which makes it a lot different and much more satisfying than hotel chains. The apartments have spacious rooms, designed with aesthetics and comfort in mind, with rich taste and elegant furnishing . A calm serene locality equally suitable for work as well as vacationing. In house food and service is excellent, delightful non-veg meals especially.

Demo Trip If you like nature, get a suite on 3rd floor - roof top garden and excellent view. If you are traveling with kids, get the 2-room suite on 3rd floor: its entrance is through the function room, with lots of different kinds of seats and full wall glass windows; kids could play without disturbing your rest.
