sir what a bad experience it was????? how you people r working after confirming me a booking in swaraj resort you people are provide me a deluxe room in stead of premier room. on calling u people, you only say sorry sir it was done by mistake?????? After a discussion you promise me to refund 400/- but no sms call or email regarding the same and on all these u say you r the biggest one in service industry it really says that you people must joking. same on yourself sir regards Natwar golyan 9414580568
