The room was not well equipped even the cleanliness was just average. At the time of my stay there was some construction work going on so much noise made us uncomfortable. Food was very delicious. Service and staff was ok at their work. Overall the experience was just average.

Hotel is located centrally in the main city. Our room was not so great in looking, the interiors were not appealing. The service provided by the staff was quick and prompt. We had breakfast in the restaurant, it was awesome in taste. It was a nice stay in this hotel.

We had booked their conference hall for 3 day business meet. The hall was badly lit, staff was not professional, leaking walls and poor wifi sums up or experience. We will never visit the place again. Will recommend any other close by hotels.

Mr. Manoj and Mr. Vinod Sharma at reception is very helpful and courteous. They are shining star and they are the reason i came back again and again. Such a good and spacious room with warm welcome. Need to improve in food. It was not too good and costlier.

This hotel is located nicely in New Bhopal and has done some recent changes to meet trends. But much more is expected. Rooms are equipped with proper amenities but bathroom leaves many things desired. Food is good but room service needs improvement. House keeping is average. It gives WiFi but speed & connectivity both need improvement. Overall a good property at great site, may be managed better to regain the value it had many years back...

It is a centrally located hotel in Bhopal but the amenities are of very average quality and its claim of being a three star hotel looks like a joke. It has got neither private parking nor a private portico. Staffs are untrained with poor communication skill. Maintenance service was very poor and leaking taps were there in the unclean toilets. Wi-fi was supposed to be free but it never worked in my period of stay. Even the internal communication system was not working and we had to call the room services and housekeeping by mobile, the number for which was provided. Very limited options were available in the complimentary breakfast. Overall, the hotel appeared to be highly priced in the range of Rs. 5000/- per night.

Its a Old ..less maintained hotel in one of the central locations of Bhopal.. M P Nagar.. Not well maintained.. Breakfast was ok.. nothing great about the hospitality.. Decor.. Rooms.. or the staff.. For the premium charges it takes due to location.. can be much better..
