I booked this hotel from Make My trip group of Value+ hotels.Location is quite good and easy to locate.I booked an AC Super Delux Room and room found to be OK though there is much much scope for improvement especially the washroom.Room service is trash.In my booking I had complimentary breakfast and there were very few options as the cook remain absent frequently and you need to compromise only with bread toasts and tea.Wifi is limited to hotel ground floor lobby only.Hot water tap available in the washroom,but no running hot water.On request they will provide you half a bucket of hot water heated by coiled immersion heaters.Room condition was good.On request they replaced my bed sheets,pillow covers and comforter covers.Room size average.My room window pane locks had some issues and were not getting locked properly.Hotel staffs are polite.Overall will rate 3/5 and only for bad room service and amenities.Location is very good.Room was quite clean.Suitable for stay for business trips.

Really slow pathetic service. Dirty rooms. Geysers not working. They provided with half buckets of water to bath. Dirty towels just one towel for 2 persons in a room. Dirty bedsheets all stained. Smelly blankets. Food was really bad. Rooms were smelling and bathroom was really stinky. We took an ac room and ac never really worked. We informed them but they still charged us for ac room.
