Complaint.......Few hours before check out, I was asked to make payment, since they had not received 'courier' sent by travelguru.! I clearly told them, ' it's matter between u & travelguru. If u don't believe your agent travelguru, give me in writing before I make double payment' Since they feared that I may take legal action, they refused to give in writing. Fortunately they got courier before I collect my luggage! But please do the needful under advice to me, to stop such harrassments to cutomers. Further it's v difficult to call u, in such emergency. The elevator in the hotel is dilapidated and needs urgent repairs. The lady at the reception is extremely helpful and cordial, the manager Mr. Kamal has been kind and helpful. Overall had a good stay.

Have visited Nisarga in month of December 2016. The hotel rooms and overall has been ramped up. The rooms have been designed elegantly and the resturant has also been renovated. I had reached very late in the night thanks to Airindia flight being late. However they still were able to provide me with Dinner. Had order fried rice and chilly chicken. The food was excellent and the quantity was also good. I could not complete the entire dish. Henceforth on all my visits will be staying here as it is very close to my office. Only 1 negative point is the Morning breakfast. The breakfast is very bad and needs to be improved.

Finally , this hotel has renovated a couple of its room. However the fit and finish leaves a lot to desire. My door lock never opened with its electronic key. Even after repeated complains the staff could not do a thing. Every time i had to enter i had to request the guard to open the door with a master key. Coming to the breakfast ,it is quite simple. Had breakfast twice ,dismally the breakfast was exactly the same on both days. The spread def can increase . Customer orientation by staff can improve.

I visited the resuarunt with family & after waiting for 15mins the manager Came to take the order.I advised that I have been waiting for few guest of mine,kindly be more prompt.So to my surprise he replied-"Aap Dekhlo" and walked off from our table to take order.It was very insulting.I waited for 5 mins to make a complain but no one came to me.Its my suggestion to all never visit the place with your family.The staff attitude was more like a dhaba.I suggest the Hotel admin to have more educated staff to manage the customer.

Very high cost comparing the facilities provided. Rooms are small enough to make you feel suffocated,Cleanness not that good. Breakfast is so so, Food is also costly. Not a luxury place. Service is average. Left my wrist watch, latter it was not found.Location is good.

This hotel used to be decent way back in 2006-07. Basically a business hotel located in MP nagar. All offerings are just average right from the room to the service. The food is okay as well. The hygiene & cleanliness levels would be perhaps improved upon.
