Location: Location is good specially for those arriving by train.You need to walk about 100m, but we had to hire an auto as the road was very dirty to walk on.There is no particular advantage of this location, except that you can walk to the station,if you find the road clean enough. Front Desk:Personnel at the reception are friendly and attentive to your needs. Room:Room is clean and minimally furnished.Bathroom could do with some maintenance and refitting.Running hot water is available only after 7am which is inconvenient for those who need to leave early. Food:Lunch and dinner menus are predominantly the typical masala Punjabi Dhaba fare you get everywhere these days.If you want to taste the local cuisine,you will have to go elsewhere.Food can be categorised as expensive as the quantities served are smaller than usual.Room service is prompt. Overall:It is a reasonably good and clean hotel but situated in a very shabby part of the city,somewhat like Pahargunj near New Delhi Station.

The overall stay was comfortable. The reception was prompt. Addition of "Near Platform 4" in the address will make it very convenient to locate. AC functioned all the time. Extra attention needs to be put in before the guest arrives. We landed at about 2030 hours and they had sufficient time. The bed was done but there were hair on the sheet: Bed cover not dusted. One bedside lamp not working: bulb replaced. TV remote partially working: batteries replaced. Flush valve sluggish....had to use buckets, in spite of telling the HK staff. Supervisores need to be hauled up.

The hotel stay was a very bad experience. I checked in around 9:00 pm in the night and checked-out early morning 3:00 am. Rooms were unclean and the interiors were to be done up. The food I had at dinner was also not so good.

Bathroom cleanliness needs attention. Room AC should not be direct facing the bed. Not woth Rs. 1400/-.

It's a nice budget hotel located just a minute's walk from the railway station. The rooms are a bit small, but comfortable enough. The staff is friendly and courteous. They were kind enough to grant my request for an early check-in. Though Uber/Ola might not pick you up at the hotel (blame it on station autowalas), you can just walk up to the main road (1 minute walk) and take your Uber/Ola from there.

In all honesty I can not understand why this was recommended by guidebooks, there are many other comparable hotels in the same category that are much cheaper, atmospheric, quieter and more friendly. The pricing is way over the top for its category although the rooms are fairly clean. The main thing that was the food was completely terrible, like it had been quickly heated up after sitting there for days maybe even weeks - if you do stay here do not eat in the restaurant.

This is a budget hotel for not very Hi Fi traveler. The staff is very friendly, rooms are comfortable, simple tasty food, very easy access from railway station, ease in billing system. I am staying in this hotel for 15 years frequenting atleast 5-6 times a year.

Canteen staffs and complementery breakfast was awful. The quantity was less and they wanted us to finish before we start. Timing is also not good. We were waiting for dinner but the staffs were not paying any attention even after asking them for several times.

Uber & Ola taxi will be not coming to pick up from hotel because auto drivers problem, while going to airport uber and Ola taxi driver cheat you, unnecessarily collect airport parking charges, beware of taxi and auto, while in Temple beware of cheaters( everybody cheat you)
