Housekeeping was horrible. There was no separate hot-cold water line for rooms. Room service was very slow, had to remind thrice on most occasions. Furniture were terribly bad. Not at all a comfortable room. Overall not a good place to stay at the cost they charge.

The Wash room at the ground floor lobby is badly maintained. There is only one person at the reception, so long wait for check in/check out. The carpets in the other lobby emits foul smell. The location is excellent and rooms are spacious. Average experience.

Location was very good, right on the road. There is park nearby can be used for morning walk etc. Rooms were clean and tidy with all basic amenities like in room climate control, calling facility etc. Hotel have Fitness centre and swimming pool also. Staff was not cooperative and were lethargic. Overall poor experience

We stayed here for 2 days. Hotel rooms were very good but service is not that good. We asked for bottle of water. The staff took 20 mins to bring it after repeated calls. Breakfast was not very good. Staff is courteous but not trained.

The Sandy's Tower is a decent hotel with all the facilities of a good hotel. But it has a small-town laid back people running it, it seems. The check-in takes long, even though I arrived after 9pm. The room service dinner took forever to arrive and the sandwich and soup wasn't very satisfying. The buffet breakfast was adequate, not elaborate. The rooms are clean and decent. Wifi was free, but iffy. I arrived in the afternoon at 2.30, only to find that my room wasn't done up yet. The house-keeping is probably short-staffed as they were cleaning my adjacent room at 10 at night, moving furniture and kicking up a racket. There was a party hosted at the pool deck on the 2nd floor and the loud music could be heard even on the 4th floor after 10 at night. The place has potential but needs better management of its facilities and people.

Stayed here multiple times during my visit to Bhubaneswar in last 2 years. Room service are very good so as food also. Overall experience is excellent. Stayed with my family also. I recommended this hotel to my friends also and their experience is also very good.

Time and again the issue is lying with hospitality. The property is excellent with variety range of services, neatly decorated , good looking , with good food etc but it lacks hospitality or rather a response the guests need. The moment i checked in i asked for the wifi pass word & username and the reply was that there was a server problem . I waited for almost three days none replied. Secondly asked for an airport drop ( Chargeable basis) ( thanks for picking me up on chargeable basis) the previous day but the reply was they had only one vehicle and it has been booked.....thanks a lot OLA...you just came handy......and never ever take the room which is just opposite to the lift....its horrible.
