I prefer to stay in low budget hotel rather than this stinky one. They have said free Wifi, but there is only one access point in the lobby only. Service is very very late. You have to call for service 4 or more times to get the job done.

Rooms booked thr u were in the separate building having lot of smell of fish and facing jhuggies. quality of furniture was not good and rooms were like a guest house. we upgraded rooms for extra money but they were not also good and per pricing. both days of our stay the same menu in breakfast. there was in disco in the hotel and high volume from it till late 11.30 p.m. very bad experience with the hotel and waste of money now learnt the lesson that we should book hotel directly with its website. the same condition was in vaishno devi where I booked the hotel thr make my trip

The room had no ventilation and was stinking of naphthalene. The bathroom was shabby with no mug.

very bad experience with travel guru. rooms were horrible and we upgraded these rooms but not good as per pricing. same menu in breakfast both days. toilets were not good and only one point below wash basin for going water resulted whole toilet becomes dirty and wet while taking bath. Now I will books hotel directly on hotel website.
