Hotel Central Point

located quite centrally on a major thoroughfare and close to the main market areas, this hotel which has changed hands recently, is excellently located. seems like it was an upmarket and popular haunt in its days. but is only a pale shadow of the original now. though they have a lot of rooms, most of those are in pathetic shape. even where renovation has been done, its only in bits. in some the room is excellent, but the bathroom is in lousy condition. in others the bath has been renovated but the room still has decade old furniture & curtains that stink. and the prices for those rooms is quite fancy. not a value for money proposition at all. the change of management has also affected their room service - food quality and delivery timings & options. the staff are too young, inexperienced or indifferent to care. while the intention to be helpful is there, they either do not have the wherewithal or the infrastructure to back it up. the wi-fi does not work. for example. there is no proper / dedicated dining room. breakfast is slow and very average in terms of spread and taste. overall a place to avoid unless you are in dire need of a room. after renovation is complete however, it could well regain lost glory

I stayed in this hotel for two days just a couple of days ago. The hotel is located on the main road near old bus stand. The rooms are spacious, well furnished and relatively clean too. But, it is the condition of the bathroom that spoils the whole fun. It's just horrible. I wonder when they can maintain the rooms so well, why they cannot pay equal attention to maintaing the bathrooms ? Though the wash basin and the commode was clean, the condition of bathroom floor was pathetic. It had not been cleaned for ages and was slippery. The service too was very poor. They take their own sweet time to take the calls and several calls before they respond. The complimentary breakfast is ordinary and devoid of any taste. On the whole, it was not a good experience staying in this hotel.

I have been to the place for the for the first time n loved the ambience of it. The quality of food is nice, veg people will love this place. The only problem is washroom,not maintained at all and a smell alwys comes out of it. For once you can give a try.

Went on a business trip for few days 0n Dec 27, 2016. Hotel looks good. Rooms were very spacious! The restaurant of the hotel was simply awesome. Try out the local fish delicacy. Its simply delicious! Service at hotel was OK not much. Check in and check out was normal. No hassles as such. Situation right in the middle of the city. Not much to do around but overall a comfy and satisfied stay.

I visited this hotel during marriage of one of my relatives,Hotel is at the centre point of Bilaspur as per its name :) .Its is old property and needs some kind of renovations.Rooms are quite big and comfortable and staffs are very polite and food served at this hotel is also tasty. its one of best hotel in centre of d city. must choose this hotel whenever you visit bilaspur. all markets are very near by it just walking distance, gol bazaar, agrsen chowk etc.
